Always tasty chicken and the Bo-Berry Biscuits are the real stars. The fries could be crispier.Service was swift and friendly.
I’m giving four stars because I love this bojangles and come here all the time. The only issue I have is when you’re going through the drive thru. You will most likely be sitting there for ten minutes without anyone saying anything to you. I understand there’s a staffing issue but it take two seconds to say I will be with you shortly. Not just let them sit here waiting on you…
I arrived at Bojangles at 12: 32 on my ticket as order time. It was a long line admittedly it took 17 minutes to pay at the window. I ordered the 8 piece tailgate and was told to pull up to the marker, which I did. At least 12 cars behind me passed, at 48 minutes, I turned my car off and went inside to ask if they had forgotten me. The answer was "We had to put down some more chicken I will bring it out." I thought to myself what did the cars behind me get since it was a chicken place. Finally at 1:42pm I receive my food. The young lady did apologize. The fact that I saw people come back out after having eaten. That defeats the fast food window process. I have frequented your store since it was opened, never have I experienced anything like that anywhere. Don't like to complain because I know that it's a shortage of workers, however this is a survey.
Food was just OK. Service was really bad. When I got to the condiment area, there were no sporks and no hot sauce.I told the staff members about this TWICE, but when I left 30 minutes later nothing had been done. This was not the first time I've had problems with this location, but it will be my last!!!
Bojangles has the best biscuits and best chicken, generally speaking across chain restaurants. Yes, you can find better at a local level (I have too), but for all around quality and AVAILABILITY, Bojangles is the clear leader.
This is the worst bowling I ever been. I can't believe that's located in the Short pump area. The monitors are small and you can't see the total result of the players. Half of the bowling was dark the other half had the lights on. To the time we was there they stop taking orders for food for 30 min because couldn't keep up. After that they said that the restaurant is closed. The ladies restroom had wet floor. No paper towels and one of the toilet paper was almost gone and the other in the same holder was gone already. When I asked the guy in the kitchen how I can receive a cup of water he told me to wait on the line. But the line wasn't long but was so slow moving. I am glad that this bowling isn't in my area and I don't think I will go again there.

We parked and went inside and heard women in the back screaming and cussing. Us and another lady just walked out. We have given this Bojangles a chance at least half a dozen time and each time the drive thru service is horrible and the manners of the employees are just as bad.

The food products are inconsistently prepared. Sometimes everything you order is hot and fresh. Then, it may be an item or two that's cold or room temperature. Biscuits might be dry and not buttery. Cajun fries could be unseasoned or sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Chicken or meat on biscuit is often overcooked. Also, customer service especially in drive-thru needs improvement. It's possible to have an item missing from the bag.
Every time I go the ladies that work here are always nice, smiling and polite.. I don’t know any of their names but I like to give credit where credit is due! I’ll go in the mornings & sometimes evenings, the staff displays good customer service and energy
