After years of ordering the same roast beef sandwich with the roast beef shaved, I mean thin they have lost my business. We ate here as a family for a long time. You know how expensive that is, $50 TO $60 and that being about 3 times a month. Now, I simply can't get the Arby's to slice my meat for my sandwich thin. Why? I have an arbys 1 mile from my house and I drive to Mechanicsville. I will never order here again unless Dakota is working.THEN..... WHEN I RETURNED HOME I realized we only had 2 of the 4 sandwiches that we ordered! I guess I was too furious that they claim they can't do something I have done everytime and shave 1 sandwich that I didn't realize until getting home.WHO CARES 1/2 THE PEOPLE DONT HAVE DINNER????!!!!!THEN!!!!!THEY SAID THEY CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS OVER THE PHONE!! THEY CAN ONLY CREDIT MY NEXT MEAL, AND I NEVER PLAN TO RETURN!! SO I GUESS IM OUT $50!!

Ordered beef and cheddar combo. Ist sandwich was cold. Sat through drive thru twice because inside was closed. Exchanged for another one it was microwaved so hot could not even eat it. Fries cold too. Worst Arby's experience ever.

Fish wasn't cooked all the way ? with extra mayo and old wilted lettuce...I thought I ordered large curly fries, but there was only enough fries for maybe a kids meal....Moral of the story, check your bag and food before pulling off from the drive-thru.

Over the years I’ve seen this Arbys starting to leave something to be desired. There is no consistency with the sweet tea… never know what you get … is it going to be sweet tea or is it going to be brown water and taste nothing like sweet tea.Also, they seem to have trouble with sending orders out correctly so don’t leave the parking lot before having checked all of your food… especially the special order items.I used to love eating food from this restaurant … very disappointed currently.

well you had better tell them you have coupons before you order or you will receive a rude response from the order taker, I experienced this on my last visit and the clerk was very rude to me over the fact that she had to cancel the order and reenter it. Then they gave me the wrong product and the food was cold. I won't be going there again anytime soon.

Was sad because the two main things I went there for they did away with. (A Chicken Salad Sandwich and Italian Sub) Ended up canceling the rest of my order and got out of line. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because they still had the rotisserie chicken on the menu so I may be back for that another visit. I also miss the nutella banana milkshake. That has been gone for a while now though.

Been twice within two weeks to get the turkey bacon ranch wrap, both times ended up with the sandwich instead of the wrap, even after discussion at the window because they thought I ordered a turkey jalapeño wrap. Still received the sandwich. Not sure if I try a third time…..

When I went to arbys with my family we went though the drive thru and they were very busy and they forgot arbys saide and cheese sauce for the fries but horns beeping we rushed off agitated for a bit turned back around and had to go inside and wait even longer but as we each ate outlet arbys sandwiches headed back home we were all happy stuffed with overpriced food and forgetful workers at arbys

We always love this Arby's.We are very thankful when the dining room is open. Everyone is very polite and very helpful.

Actually got the order right this time, but still a 20 minute wait (one person in front of me) for cold, stale fries and a tossed together sandwich that they didn't cut in half all the way. They also don't carry mustard. Not coming back here again
