We got takeout for dinner. The food was good, warm and tasty. I specifically asked for the food to be spicy and it was not spicy enough. The rice was moist and tasty too. The fried dumplings were soggy not crispy. Overall, could’ve been much better.
They’ve come a long way and have really improved their dishes. Keep up the good work!
My usual Chinese place was closed today so I gave this place a shot. Boy, it was a disappointment. I ordered shrimp fried rice for myself and plain lo mein for my son. I couldn't eat mine because I kept chewing on improperly cleaned out shripms and my son flat out refused to eat his after a couple of bites. When I tried it they were mushy and without any flavor. What a waste of money....
I ordered pork entree which was mostly broccoli… unbelievable….
Good quality food and prompt friendly service
Literally my fave spot for (Americanized) Chinese food. Always fresh, always on point with their taste, texture, and combinations. I'm also recently vegan and their vegetarian dishes are always my go-to. I also like the indoor seating, it's always spacious, the bathrooms are super clean, and PLANTS EVERYWHERE! Owner definitely has a green thumb, it's like a garden atmosphere while you eat.
Fast service, great food for take out. They also have a small dining area.
Second time ordering (through Uber Eats) from here and in both times I've had bad results. First time the broccoli was spoiled to the point that I could smell fermentation. The second time (recently) I've had symptoms of food poisoning.Don't get me wrong, their presentation, prep, and overall out look is amazing, but something seems off with the food itself. I am sorry to give such a negative review, but puking my guts out for a day isn't fun for the price I paid to "enjoy" some food.
We've been going to this restaurant for the past 16 years, and trust me, the quality, the flavor, and customer service have not changed at all. One of the best in the NOVA area.
