A great Cheesecake Factory in the area. We've tried a few and always come back to this one. It's clean and while busy we've never had trouble getting a seat. Portions are good and food is consistent. I ordered the cauliflower tacos for the first time on the server's recommendation and was not disappointed. Yum!Cheesecake slices were also very generous which I've found is a bit hit or miss these days.
Bathrooms dirty and trash cans full. Table was dirty. Waitress had a bad attitude. Asked for salad dressing twice before they brought it out.
Good food, great atmosphere and excellent friendly staff
Great food & wait staff. Our waiter was friendly & attentive. Food was yummy as always. We were celebrating a birthday so they brought a small ice cream Sunday with a candle to the birthday celebrant.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We were seated quickly, and the waitress we had was amazing. Before we received our appetizer my glass made a pop noise and the glass exploded. The staff moved our booth to a new area & the new waiter acted like it was an inconvenience for him. He literally checked on our family of 4 once the rest of the service. We never received a discount or an im sorry for the glass exploding. Simply all we got was an well it’s science when they come out of the dishwasher their hot and we add ice so hot and cold don’t really mix. The food was basic. Nothing really special. Not to mention 3 days after we had ate there we were finding small shards of glass in my diaper bag, on the seats of my car and found one in my shoe that had ended up going into my foot. So all together I’d say it’s definitely not worth the hassle or money.
Variety selections of items on the menu! Food is always hot and thoroughly cooked. I have always had attentive and friendly waiters/waitresses. Weekends do get busy, but the wait times w/out a reservation have never been a crazy long wait for us (last Saturday around dinner time we were told 15 to 20 minutes wait, and we got a table in 6-8 minutes). This CF is definitely one to dine at with family & friends. Very affordable, but does not feel "out of place" in Tyson's Galleria.
Very memorable meal at cheesecake for my birthday celebration. Server was fun and quick. Food was good and plentiful. This particular CF has a nice atmosphere compared to others.
Great service and great atmosphere
Great food, started with avocado egg rolls and fried zucchini, both were spot on, especially the sauce for the egg rolls. Entrees were the chicken costeletta, excellent as usual, and the chicken parm - not as good, a bit dry. For dessert, cheesecake of course. You can never go wrong with the cheesecake. Service was a little lacking, therefore the 4 stars. Will definitely return and hope for a different server.
