The order came wrong. I had to get my own staw. It all around bad. There was a very canned reply I can no longer see that said they value my time. No your staff really doesn't. My daughter and I do go out to Tysons often and when we do it's a treat. I mean really how do you make a menu item salad wrong???? Why were the straws not provided with the drinks?? It was a very easy straightforward order. The drink was water. I mean really. And a canned response which you give everyone ?. Do better. A glass of water and you're million dollar cob salad should've been the easiest order of the day, yet your staff managed to get it wrong.

cajum shrimp and chicken pasta was amazing!

Crowded but we got seats at the bar. There were drinks sitting on the bar meant for tables that sat there for almost a half hour. Glad they weren't mine. Salad was good, but I got the chicken and it wasn't good. Hubby got ribs which were terrible. They had sauce and some salty spice on them and they just weren't edible. French fries weren't even that great. If I'm in that area again, I'm pretty sure we won't be stopping there. Service was "okay" but they weren't overly friendly. Granted it was crazy busy but still... And it was expensive.

Solid TGIF. I love the green bean fries. The servers are usually great too! It's always just the right kind of busy. Just busy enough that you know the service and food isn't terrible, but not so busy that you can't get a table.

I've been going to the Tyson's location for the last 10 years. Starting with my kids when they were still younger. I've been happy with the food , the price and bc in the last 2 years, it was a good place to go after my wife passed away...the servers and bartenders got to know me and I was happy to get to know them. This last time was not a good experience. I sat at the bar, and even though there was not that many people, I was ignored by the bartender. At first I thought it was just an oversight, but noticed he made his rounds, around the bar, but passed me several times, while asking all the rest, if they needed anything.I finally asked Mario if I had done anything wrong the last time I came, partly as a joke, to see if he would change his perspective... He did apologize, but then continued to do the same thing. I finally got my check and left disappointed.I will come back, but will probably sit at a table, instead of the bar... the servers ( ie. Shanovia, Addie and others, have always made it a point to stop and say hi, even if they weren't assigned to my table. This has been comforting since I was alone most times when I visited. KC the manager has also stopped, most times I was there, unless it was extremely busy.Hopefully, the next visit will be better and it was just a one time issue. For the most part, this has been a great place to go . I have looked at the staff as friends , and they have made me feel the same.

The host Donte was very rude with my girlfriend. Our server got our order wrong and was mad she had to take it back. But the manager came and fixed our food. She was nice and pleasant. So thanks to her the rest of our time was okay.

Better than expected. It was crowded. Tables weren't sanitizer from 1 sitting to next. But service was quick, and no mistakes. Had to ask for water refill. Food was good.

This place is perfect for a happy hour/drinks with friends or dinner after the movies. It's in a convenient location. The staff(Addie & Erica) at the bar were friendly and attentive. But the service at the table sometimes is slow. Some of their seasonal cocktails are great. Boneless wings are my favorites. Old fashioned is just awesome.I definitely would recommend this place.

I decided to stop in for a drink and something to snack on while I waited for my fiancée to finish up at her appointment. The bartender was very nice, but that was really the only positive from the experience. The glass that my beer came in wasn't rinsed properly. Whatever, though. It was beer. I ordered sliders to munch on. The menu did list onions as a topping, but I expected raw rather than caramelized. Might be nice to specify. As with the soapy beer; I consumed it anyway. It's still food, after all. Missing pickles, but that was rectified quickly enough. The fries had definitely been sitting in a tray under a heat lamp for some time. Again, food, so I ate them.I worked for this company many years ago (different location), so I already had an idea on what to expect. As I said; I just wanted a drink and something to snack on. It served it's purpose, but it wasn't good.

The food and service was excellent! We will go back ?
