A Hidden gem for readers and coffee lovers. People are super friendly and always nice music while you reading. Thanks for the pistachio coffee, I love it. ☺️
A tad underwhelmed here. The bacon egg and cheese on a bagel was okay. Missed salt, even with the bacon. The cheese was more whiz - could use a cheddar.The biggest miss was the napoleon. It was dry and lacked richness unfortunately... And this is coming off of having had another to compare it to recently from Whole Foods. Yes, I'm a fatty.
Friendliest staff, a wide array of cafe fair, amazing quality espresso, and usually a few dogs nearby. Made me feel like I was in a European cafe. Skip the line at Starbucks and come to a small business that knocks it out of the park evertime.
StarNut is home away from home. This place is a McLean institution that always provides a gathering place and top notch fellowship. I have been a loyal member of the StarNut family since last year and highly recommend it for it's welcoming atmosphere, like minded company, stellar service and incredibly high quality food. Truly a gem and the best in Northern Virginia.
Fantastic breakfast place with a wide selection of European style sandwiches, savory and sweet crepes, amazing coffee, wide choice of chocolates and gelato.
Nice food selection, pleasant atmosphere, but I have now been charged twice in a row for a large coffee, but got only a small one. One sales person told me that "there are no small coffees anymore", though they are still on the menu board. Also, by the end of a week, I was several times sold pastries which were stale.

My food was good but the service was strange. They give you a menu. Then you go to register to pay and order food. Water and creme is on the opposite side of the rest8 to where you are seated. If you order coffee they won't bring you creme. You have to walk with your coffee to the other side of the restaurant to get it. Odd service. Not customer friendly. Food was good.

One of our favorite spots in McLean. Amazing outdoor area with pergola for alfresco dining with view of fountain. Frequently see friends and neighbors, great gathering place for coffee, sweets and a bite to eat! Karen Briscoe
