I ordered a Venti iced peach green tea sweetened, instead I got a venti iced green tea unsweetened, and it was disappointing, I had to send it back tell them what I needed and they got it right, also the dude reading the orders was weird because he kept singing everyone's orders. Y'all need to hear/focus on what customers want
The top open floor has got a playing places for kids and sitting places for group of people. It's the best place for family.
As someone who use to work at Starbucks, I would have been reprimanded for the attitude that the cashier’s displayed. Very disappointed, I normally enjoy Starbucks and normally all the employees are very kind, but the cashier I had today was just awful. The only reason this Starbucks got a 3 star is because their Christmas blend is in.If you’re looking for coffee in this area, try somewhere else. No wonder it wasn’t busy.
I go to this Starbucks every now and then and the customer service is always good. Especially in the evening.Drinks are also consistently good -- which sometimes can be hard with chain stores.

I was on my break, in a hurry and ran to Starbucks to get Breakfast. I placed my order with the cashier who barely understood anything that I was saying and then went and waited for my order. I waited almost 10 minutes before a worker told me what I ordered wasn’t in stock. The workers at this location are so unfriendly and don’t care about customer service.
My favorite Madeline cookies with pomegranate smoothies...sooo delicious!! Love it!
