Ordered a brownie and paid for it only to find out they didn't have any brownies, and was offered a less expensive chocolate chip cookie without being offered a refund for the price difference. I asked to be refunded the price difference and she threw the chocolate cookie in the trash.Order a cappuccino with six sugars and got no sugar.You're better off spending your money elsewhere.
Starbucks is a wonderful place to dine to have coffee and tea and have conversation with your friends. When I went to this Starbucks the employees look overworked this time but they got my order right and they was moving at their own pace some was moving faster than others and some was moving slower than others but I understand this Starbucks is at a high-end mall.
Not sure want changed? This location Starbucks seems to be cutting back on quality and taste of there hot beverages. The hot drinks are not being property mixed and there is no flavor profile, whatsoever? The drinks are lukewarm, not hot. If the barista, trained employees are ok, serving customers unsatisfactory drinks ? How come this became the standard for promoting consistency?
Terrible . Employee didn’t wear mask . Blowed his nose didn’t clean his hand with soap and started to make my drink . When I told him I don’t feel comfortable fir him to make drink he start arguing and Bering rude . I ask for someone else to make my drink . He rescuer . If I get sick with Covid . The Starbucks will be responsible fir it !!!!
They never open on time They say open at 7:30 am and every day I have to wait until 8 am to 8:20 am
Great staff. Typical Starbucks assortment. 2nd friendliest Starbucks I've been too. Usually they treat me like a virus. This staff was great!
The staff was nice, but my Carmel macchiato was not good. This is the first one from Starbucks that was I am unsatisfied with.

The staff at the Tysons Galleria Starbucks are extraordinary! I go for the coffee, but their service is impeccable. They are enthusiastic and helpful. I ask how it is possible for someone to love their job as much as they do!? They really help me kick my day off into the right gear in the mornings. I have to give an extra shout out to Shannon and Miriam - they are the BEST!!! Go see them - they are full of cheer and good vibes. See you soon, Starbucks fam!!! - Sunshine!
