Im so lucky that this is the nearest Starbucks from my home. Imo, starbucks has above-average customer service, but the staff here delivers exceptional experience. I really like their positive energy.
I’m a long-time regular here, and love this location as well as the friendly service. However, there is now a plague of middle schoolers every afternoon. They come by the score (literally!), but they don’t merely mob the place. They also yell and laugh and stomp and raise such a nuisance that I’ve discovered that I’m far, far angrier with the manager than the middle schoolers. After all, these are things middle schoolers do. But it seems to me (and again, this is a daily occurrence) that the adult manager who allows this to go on is the one who is truly disrespecting us—the responsible, polite, coffee-buying silent majority.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Every time I order an iced coffee I’m given a cold brew which tastes awful at this location.
Nice building with two floors; the second floor was closed off after 1:00. An extremely polite and helpful employee took my order, and everything was done just right. (What I didn't like was all the school kids gathered outside, running and tossing a football around the parking lot in front of the store. Our car window was open, and one of the boys almost threw the ball in.)
Coffee is bitter
I don’t usually review places like this but I received exceptional service and I wanted to recognize it. The cashier, Paul, quickly took my order while being welcoming and asking about my day. He even remembered the complicated order of the customer behind me. The employees worked together seamlessly, showing teamwork and commitment that I rarely get to witness. Despite working in a job where it is hard to be outstanding these people put their best into their work and I really have to applaud them.
The staff at the Chesterbrook Starbucks are very friendly. The upstairs seating is unique.
I’m a loyal customer and the staff are very nice and friendly, today I e order mango dragon fruit on my mobile and I picked it up. It tasted just like water. I hope they improve their service for mobile pick up.
Clean location, lots of parking spots, and friendly/attentive staff.
Best location... staff always friendly... love the standalone building... although they need to reopen the upstairs...
