The service was VERY SLOW and the one of the workers told us to leave and was visibly frustrated when we chose to wait for our order inside the store. It is a small, cramped location with slow service and it's hard to find as it's hidden outside the mall. If not for the fact the shake tasted very good this would be 1 star review.I got a Oreo Funnel Cake shake and it was pretty good, the savory taste in the funnel cake balanced out the chocolate and cookies and cream of the Oreo very well.

I've eaten at this Shake Shack on a regular basis. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and well-trained. One of the staff who I've come to know is James who keeps everything moving in a busy store. He's friendly and energetic and always glad to help. Highly recommended.

I had an avocado bacon shack burger and it was done to perfection. The avocado was so fresh the bacon was perfectly crisp and the shack sauce did not disappoint. The crinkle cut fries held the perfect amount of salt and pepper as I plunged them into the ketchup for half of my fries and shake shack sauce for the other half. As you can tell I enjoyed this meal and there was even plenty of seating inside. My wife got the shack burger with cheese and it was awesome as well. What a great meal and a beautiful day we will see you soon and Tyson's corner Virginia.

Shake shack's food is outstanding and is highly recommended if you've never had a burger. I personally love the smoke stack. This location however is way too small to handle the massive amount of foot traffic from the mall. It has a very limited number of indoor seating and the line is often out the door during meal times. This makes the overall experience at this location extremely frustrating. People often have to wait outside for their order and easily miss hearing their name called. This place needs to invest in those wireless buzzers to call you when your order is ready. This location is best visited on days when its nice to eat outside as there is overflow seating. Otherwise get it to go and eat at the food court on level 3.

Food definitely wasn't bad, but not worth the price in my personal opinion. Would eventually want to come back and try something else someday.

Best burger and shake I've ever had!! All the ingredients tasted very fresh. Also, they do good with managing all types of orders. Well worth my money and will go back again soon!

It was my first shake shak burger and it was so delicious!!!The burger was so tasty and juicy. Fabolous! The fries were outside crunchy and inside soft. The only thing i didnt like was the drink because of the ice cubes !

Shake shack is without fail a good choice for a good ol fashion fast food meal craving. Great quality food with a lot of choices.Chicken sandwich is a crispy treat with flavorful sauces. The shroom burger is a portabello party with cheese inside and a great vegetarian option and my favorite. Malted Shakes and french fries are a plus, definitely a treat!I also like the seating options at this location. A few indoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating in the Tysons mall outdoor quad

I love Shake Shack but I do feel their burgers are on the smaller side and quite expensive. We usually get a couple each to be satisfied. It's a treat from time to time

for $15+ you can get several kids meal portion but with more bang for your buck and better tasting burger at mcdonalds. the small size fries was a joke (i got maybe 8 small finger sized fry) the burger patty was paper thin ..... ive been to the dc location before covid and it was totally (better) different experience. is it covid, inflation? or... you're just too cheap to add substance to your food but still jack up the price. you will never get me to come back to this location.
