Terrible food! Large pepperoni pizza gave me constant diarrhea for 2 days. Jalapeño poppers were average, but 3 of them were just solid dough balls. Never eating here again. Devils cheesecake was also bad.do not recommend this place!
I would really like to give this place some love, but I can't. Thee food is mediocre, the space is dated not in a good way), and it is expensive for what it is. This place may as well beee a Pizza Boli's.
Great service and the food was delicious. We had the Cheeseteak Calzone, which I totally recommend, and a Pepperoni and Mushrooms pizza. We love Santini's New York style pizza. You won't be disappointed.
Great food love coming here it is always a treat because I don’t go much anymore it is always SO busy and the service isn’t great when I do go cause again SO busy this is in no way an angry review I love this place
Santini’s is my wife and I’s go to when we’re craving pizza. Always good never disappoints.
This was my first time visiting Santini’s. I had done an Uber eats delivery from another location and wanted to try them for myself. I had some time today and decided to stop by. I did a mobile order a little after 1:00 pm. After I put in my order I received a text that said your order will be ready between 1:30 pm and 1:35 pm. No problem I was not in a rush. I arrived at the McLean location around 1:34 pm.I was not greeted walking in and wasn’t sure where to go for a pickup. After learning I needed to go to the pick up table under the order here sign I stood there and waited. After a few minutes a guy asked me what was the name on the order. He told me it would be a few minutes. Again no problem I wasn’t in a rush. Needless to say I stood there for 20 minutes with no updates while workers stood in the corner on there phones laughing and talking. A guy who I assume to be a manager continually started at me but not once asked me why I had been waiting for so long. Nobody seemed to finally my order came out and they forgot an item luckily I had not left yet. The food is good the customer service is terrible.
Granted this is thanksgiving eve, I placed an order that stated it was going to take over an hour, already seemed a little weird. Upon arriving a few minutes early, the food was not ready, not terrible right?, when asking the staff at the time the food was meant to be ready I received an “I’m working on it” 20 minutes after the original time was not ready I continued to get a “working on it answer”.As someone who actively lived in McLean and family still lives here I’m extremely saddened to see this is what this food establishment has come to.Working in customer service and in food before, I understand it gets busy but there were no kind gestures taken that they were actually working on the food other than the “get out of my face” answers received and stated above. While I’ve visited this location in the past, I’m disappointed with the service received, seemed the “manager” could care less, and I genuinely am not happy with anything involved with this establishment.I would highly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
Subs and pizza in the middle of McLean, with nothing on the menu to avoid. I would suggest the steak and cheese sub, 8” or 12” is up to you. The bar has a great setup for watching sports on a huge TV if you want to make an event out of it.
Absolutely the worst staffed restaurant in McLean. There is no queue line, so everyone is just standing around waiting for their food. The people making the food in the front couldn’t care less if you stood there for hours. The manager (with white hair) was completely rude. When you order online, you will receive an email that states your order will be available for pickup with 14 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. I asked for a refund, but was told by the manager that she couldn’t refund my money because I made my order online. My pizza sat in plain view for at least 30 minutes. Between five people making sandwiches behind the counter, I still waited an additional 30 minutes for my sandwiches. Apparently, my order was lost and forgotten. Patrons of the restaurant who came in and ordered at the counter after I waited…they received their food with a short wait. I wouldn’t give this place one star unless I was forced to do so. I requested a callback from the restaurant…never received one. Absolutely horrible experience and Santini’s couldn’t have a care in the world!
This place is great. Staff is friendly; also has nice casual, family friendly dine-in facilities. My go-to for pizza. Calzones are also great. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t. Service is sometimes a bit slow, so don’t go if you’re in a hurry.
