I ordered the strawberry and blueberry fruit tart and the almond croissant. Both were very visually appealing however they fell short in terms of taste. The tart had a very hard thick crust and was hard to cut. barely any custard and the custard that was there was very lumpy and flavorless, but the berries and glaze were good. The almond croissant was not crispy and the filling was lacking flavor. I’ve honestly had Panera bread ones that were 10x better. $20 dollars for one mini tart and 2 almond croissants is pretty ridiculous considering the quality. Staff were friendly and got thru the line quickly.

One of my favourite spots for a quick bite and coffee around Tysons area. The chocolate Almond Croissant is usually my go to item, fresh and delicious.

No other Bakery or Restaurant jacked up it’s prices like this one in recent months. I guess they want to take advantage of the situation. A slice of desert is now $9. If you buy the whole pie it’s $59. A simple sandwich with old lettuce and tomato is $12 to $15 and don’t expect a side of chips or anything. Not coming back until they come to their senses.

Called before hand to confirm they have galette at the store. The person said "yes we have plenty", arrive at the store without ordering online because I trusted the person on the phone. They were 1 galette and the dough wasn't cooked enough I wasn't gonna pay for it. Lost my time and super disappointed. Also it was 12pm and they didn't have baguette ready?

A nice place in Tyson's Galleria to have a breakfast, brunch, or a light meal such as a salad or a sandwich. There are some seats inside and also some chairs and small tables outside. We had a Cheese Danish Croissant; delicious, and an Almond Croissant; I've never had a croissant this delicious, it was phenomenal! We also ordered a large Cappuccino and a large Cafe Latte. Both of them could be better!I'll go there again? Sure but I'll try their other coffee drinks.

I came here with a friend and we ordered two lattes with oat milk and a couple pastries. Very simply, we encountered rude workers and experienced terrible, chaotic service.Workers weren’t dismissive at first. Instead they seemed overwhelmed with the rush of customers, so I can offer my sympathies there. Upon sitting down and opening the pastry box, one of the tarts had a very distinguishable finger smudge in it— marked this as an honest mistake (picture below), but nevertheless it immediately left both of us with a foul taste in our mouths. After waiting 15 minutes we never ended up hearing our names called for the drinks. At this point the rush had died down. My friend goes up to ask the worker if they’d been made, and the worker flippantly tells her that we should’ve been assigned a table number— ours, apparently, was 18, though we hadn’t been informed of this— and that our drinks weren’t ready. No other tables around us had table numbers and we weren’t informed prior of how this system worked. After waiting a couple more minutes, and seeing other customers who ordered after us getting their drinks, both of us went up again. The worker looked exasperated and he said that they’d called our names out already, despite the previous worker telling us our drinks were not yet ready (or simply not caring to explain anything other than the confusing table number assignment), and asked us what’d we’d ordered, after which his peer— the individual who previously told us about our table number— began making our drinks. He asked us if they were just regular lattes, and we said we both specified oat milk. Luckily, the espresso bar here is exposed and we, the customer, can see how the drinks are being made. So we watch as his peer makes them both with regular milk, not oat, to a scalding 170 degrees, give or take— at least hot enough to scald your tastebuds off. Never mind paying extra for the milk; I have a severe milk allergy and could have paid a hefty medical fee if I drank this. I did not have the energy to address this and we left.I understand that the workers were busy and stressed when we first came in, but losing your customers orders and not caring enough to relieve their confusion; ignoring finger marks in your tarts; and making your customers’ drinks whilst disregarding the actual composition of their orders is unacceptable. I have worked multiple cafe jobs in my teenage years and would not have behaved this way towards a paying customer. We are two young-looking girls (not dressed in designer) so maybe this is why they did not take us as seriously as they could have.To their credit, their pastries are quite good. Maybe their drinks will be better when they’re not pressed for time or try to be more attentive. But beware if you have allergies— they’ll decide whether or not they care about the integrity of your order!

I go to this location almost daily. Last week I went there and ordered a morning coffee and when I tried to pay I found out that my card expired the day before. I asked them to pay cash but they refused. They did not even offer me a coffee for one time until next morning. Its sad to have people who has no feelings and they don't go out of the box. I work in a retail and I will never ever let loyal customer to have no coffee just because their card expired and refused to let them pay on cash. I went to Starbucks next to them and i paid cash. now, i don't go to them at all after this. I will keep getting it from Starbucks.

To begin with, management seems to be the problem within this company. This place used to be great, but as time has gradually gone by, things have just been failing all together. The Managers, Fareena and Dinely have an attitude issue. Not only with customers, but with staff as well. I will not be returning again. Unbelievable.

Great place for a cup of coffee and dessert.Or perhaps lunch.Or maybe coffee and a croissant.Nice ambiance

I came to Paul yesterday and I asked if the fruit tart had gelatin? The food prep manager a heavy set Asian lady came from the kitchen and said no it doesn’t than she said yes it does. Than I asked her what is gluten free she said all of the desserts are gluten free. I asked her if there is anything I can get that is sugar free she said she will check in kitchen. She did not come back. This was the kitchen manager. She was very uncertain of the products. She had no knowledge. She has not been trained. This is a matter of allergies and religious purposes. She was not qualified or fit to be a kitchen manager. I would not recommend this business to my friends or family.
