This is the second time they messed up my order. Will never order from them again.

UPDATE - increased from 2 star review in 2019 to 4 star review in 2021. They've gotten better filling orders correctly.

This place doesn't take their business seriously. Firstly you deliver a damaged pizza and then don't show the sence of urgency to deliver a replacement pizza. Takes so long to get something done. No sence of urgency. I hope they could tackle things better. Looking forward for a refund.
It was very easy and fast to order delivery or pick up thru Papa John's application, delicious pizza, very good service, nice staff and clean place.I recommend Papa john’s
Never order a BBQ Chicken Bacon Papadia here. No chicken, no cheese, little bacon, BIG disappointment.
Yum. Exactly what you expect from Papa Johns. Delivery took awhile, but it was Friday night-totally expected.

We ordered a few weeks ago for delivery and Papa John’s messed up our order so we called to inform them of the error to which they apologized and offered a 50% discount off our next order which was fine. We were told that they would keep notes on file and all we had to do was mention the discount next time we ordered. When we decided to use the 50% off offer we placed the order on the phone for pick up mentioning to please apply the promised discount. When we came to pick up the order, not only were the employees in a screaming fight with each other in front of 4 customers, they were rude, ignored customers and when it was my husbands turn to get his order they refused to honor the promised discount despite telling us before that it was applied. Very frustrating, unethical and disappointing.
