it was steaming hot in here. Server gave us wrong cup and manger was racist, rude gave my cousin and i (teenage girls) attitude over a simple mistake. Then makes us feel uncomfortable by pointing fingers and gossiping about us.
I came here to eat some food on my lunch break. There were no available seats in the mall but Panera had seats open and I usually go there because it’s quieter anyways. I had barely eaten my food and drink, and I decided I wanted a pastry, so I got up and went to the register. The register is literally 2 feet away from my table. I pay for my muffin and I come back and my food is gone. The janitor threw away my meal while I was gone for LITERALLY less than 2 minutes, that is absolutely insane. At first he tried to act like he didn’t which blew my mind, then he admitted to it and claimed he did because it was outside food and thought someone just left. Why would someone leave barely eaten and drunken meal on a table and just leave??? His response was that I could just get another drink from them and that should be fine. Thank you for ruining my lunch and wasting my money... Mall food is not cheap and there was no time for me to get replacement food.

Extremely rude Panera bread location. Manager Mohammed kicked out my boyfriend and I for dining in. The mall was packed during lunch hour and the store was empty with available seating so my partner and I decided to sit in a corner as to not bother anyone else. There were many tables empty and available for other people but this man felt the need to intrude on my partner and I and kick us out saying "this is Panera, we don't allow outside food, so we need you to leave." Even though the place was literally empty! Many seats were available and no one complained about us. We were literally in a corner of the store. I guess because business wasn't booming he needed to kick someone else while he was down to feel better about himself. Hope you're happy Mohammed! Your horrible personality, hospitality, and management has ruined the taste of Panera bread for me and my partner and although we didn't decide to get Panera today, you have inspired us to decide that we will never get Panera from here as long as you are around! Shout out to the kind employee who told us his name so we could formally address him in this review, you are a sweet heart. Peace Mohammed! no wonder this place has like a 2 star review!! Cuz of your poor management!!
When I sat with my little boy, I couldn't stand the smell of the seat because it was dirty, The place was not clean
I love Panera bread ,ONE SINGLE UNPROFESSIONAL CO WORKET , WORSE MANAGER with customer service we were waiting in line to order the cashier's was taking the order then she ask to take sec she went to another worker talking , then she went to the coffee bar and walked back talking again to another laughing and walking. Her co-worker noticed she took long time she came to assit us finsh our lunch order the worker sow her and came back with bad attitude make the other girl move , and with loud voice she informed me she want a second I asked for manager she start yelling:No one talk to me , you are NO Body she put her hand one the manager name tag when he was walking to the cashier's shout need something talk to this one !!!!! UN PROFESSIONAL. RAISES AND DISCRIMINATION. The manager did not take any reaction and ask for the next customer, PANERA is my second home I eat almost all my male thier know all worker with thier smile faces nice attitude and manner, professionalism !SO DON'T WANDER WHY YOU PREFER ANOTHER LOCATION !It's not Panera It's one situation from coworkers and No reaction from unprofessional managerI REALLY WISH NO ONE WILL HAVE ANY OF THIS SITUATION WITH THIS LOCATION !

This location is awesome and the staff here are super kind. I never wait long for whatever I order. The accuracy of my order keeps me returning for different items on the menu. The strawberry ? poppyseed salad is wonderful and delicious to my tastebuds.
