I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years. I’ve brought most of my friends there. The food is good, the service was never very nice, but the food was good so I kept going. I won’t be going back anymore. Tonight I went with my family of 5. My dad asked for a bigger table and the waitress who has seen me dozens of times asked if we would be spending a lot. She didn’t want to give us the extra table and it wasn’t even busy. The tables there are small so we would have been cramped. I gave her an attitude back and that set the tone for the night. Food is decent but I won’t be going back. Treat your customers with respect.

We are locals & have been to this restaurant years before, but found the sushi not as authentic (too foofoo) than others nearby, so haven't been back since. A friend wanted to go there recently for brunch, and I soon regretted it. Never felt so "ignored" (to put it lightly) in a restaurant, until this one. The hostess/waitress didn't acknowledge us at all other than asking, "pickup?". We said we needed a table for 2 and all she said to us was, "busy" and went on to answer the phone "appearing" to be busy. I tried to ask how long the wait will be (to give her the benefit of the doubt) and yet, she was still VERY standoffish, considering they had 2 tables openly available. My friend finally had it with her rude demeanor so we ended up leaving. What we found odd (and I very rarely make this observation) was, we are Asians (so was she) and most of the customers seated were Caucasians. Coincidence?
Reasonably priced. Most of the sushi and hot dishes are done quite well. We did find the scallop nirigi below expectations at market price. Regarding service, the staff was clearly overwhelmed on a Saturday evening, but I have to say they are trying to cope.

This place has the worst customer service , owners were so rude to client !Unbelievable!!U can use credit card if it’s more than 10$ , and I understand that part !My order was less than that , so the husband told me I can use Apple Pay if I don’t hear cash ,After I paid with Apple Pay , his wife came and yields at me that why I’m not paying in cash ?And I tried explained her what I’ve been told gently, but she was super rude to me ,She literally mentioned she doesn’t want to listen and respect to me as a client ,She almost made me cry and I left her restaurant with a terrible feeling and I’m still shocked !
This is was my first time at this sushi restaurant. Aside for not being a true sushi place, food wasn’t that bad. However , the service was horrible! They need to let that Asian lady go and replace it with someone who has common sense on waiting tables. Horrible is an understatement on how bad the service is at this place. We are never going back there again.
