Open late, food consistent, drive-thru pretty accurate, have only had a few wrong orders.
I went through the drive through and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich. Then I asked for a large Coke Zero or Diet Coke. When I paid and got my receipt, I saw that I was charged for a MEAL, which is not what I asked for at all. Then, I pulled into a parking space and discovered that the sandwich was dry- that there was no mayonnaise or sauce on it at all. I haven't had any food at McDonald's for about 18 years, and your drive through menu provides no information about the sandwiches - just a photo. How am I supposed to know my sandwich doesn't have mayo on it? So I had to get out of my car, and go into the McDonald's and request some mayonnaise. The woman told me that I should have ordered the "Deluxe." For almost $5 for a sandwich, I thought that WAS a deluxe!! Next time, I will just wait until I find a Chick Fil A. Obviously I haven't missed anything during my 18 year absence from McDonald's.
I visit here for lunch on average 2 times a week. I'm giving them a 3 star because there food is on point or not. When it's not the hamburger patties are cold and the fries are cold and at times very soggy. But when you get lucky with a fresh batch. Yummy! FYI people go for the fries, that should always be in point!
Did have a longer wait than was expected, but my shamrock shack with fudge sauce & whip topping was delicious & staff was very kind even tho they were stressed.
The staff is rude, specially the one who assembled my order.....I worked at Mc Donald's before but we are not thought to be rude like her. Obviously there is a problem on their end, machine do break I get it. But she did not offer any refund or anything to substitute. She just went on doing his job, did not even ask someone or colleague to help me....
Bought ten piece chicken McNuggets. Seems like it was half cooked. It was not crunchy and mushy inside. Also the service is terrible. Stood in line for 15 min without customer service.
Had me pay for the wrong order at the drive through and when I asked for a fix, my receipt was taken and was refused any remediation. I was told the difference in price that I paid doesn't matter and that I still got my food. These are unacceptable responses.
Their is a manager name jasihira , she works the morning shift this lady treats her employees like trash she is rude horrible nasty attitude, she lies about the new minimum wage. MacDonald is paying $15.00hr. she telling people that trying to get different amount between $10,12 he she is a very dishonest manager. She stop discrimiting people different color and nations , this Mac Donald on 6020 MacLean is going to get a Lawsuit if they don't do something about this kind of discrimation toward employees, This is the united State of América A Beautiful Nation. She need top her evilness.
I mean it’s McDonald’s so I don’t have high expectation, but it was pretty bad today. I would appreciate when I order three pies; apple, pumpkin, & cherry that I get them. Instead I got two pies; an apple & a pie flavor I didn’t order. Therefore missing the pumpkin & cherry pie I ordered. It’s really not a hard request. Also I went inside the store instead of drive-through but saw a staff member walk into this store from a break. Walked in and went back the work without washing his hands, wasn’t even wearing gloves when he made an ice cream cone for someone in the drive through. That was disgusting. Come on whose watching that, not good, barf!!!!
Horrible customer service. There was no line. After I have waited for about 10 minutes to buy 1 large drink I was told to place an order on there computer. I said I have been here for about 10 minutes no one told me that. The manager said to me "I don't care" I said this is terrible customer service, I went to the Macdonald's computer for first time. I couldn't pay, I asked the cleaner to help me complete my order. He couldn't help. He asked the same manager to help. She came & asked what I was ordering. 1 large drink ma'am. She said " only that come & pay at the cashier. " l followed her to pay using my debit card she had refused earlier on.That was not an attitude of a manager. Retrain her or dismiss her immediately.Thank you!
