I've been to this Maggiano's more than a dozen times in the past and I always loved it. I brought 2 friends who had come from overseas yesterday to experience great Italian food at Maggiano's but they were full so they had a first come first serve area booth which was great. The waitress was very friendly but being crowded it took a while for our salad to arrive. After waiting over 30 minutes for our main course, I asked for the manager and she apologized for our food being late. I didn't sense she really took responsibility but she offered to give us some concessions on the bill. Then the bill arrived, nothing had been done and I just let it go but I considered her to be unprofessional and not on top of things. I know managing a restaurant is extremely hard and I give them a lot of leeways, but this experience was very disappointing at one of my favorite restaurants.
Probably one of the best family style dinners I’ve had in a long time. Everything ran like clock work for 13 of us. Food was incredible
I ordered catering from Maggiano’s for a business event. I expect for it to be the normal fast and go service, however, the representative went above and beyond to ensure everything was setup professionally. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and she was very friendly. Her name is Marta, she is the coordinator of the events and I highly recommend her if you need great service. We were impressed and happy with the service and the food was delicious. Here are some pictures of the event.
We had a family gathering at Maggiano's. There are a couple of nice private rooms. The food and service were both good. We especially enjoyed the fried zucchini and cheesecake. This location is in the Tyson's Corner Mall, which can be very busy and congested. It wasn't too bad a lunch time.
It was our first time at the Maggiano’s in Tyson’s Corner on March 4th, 2022. The ambiance was very welcoming, we were so fortunate to have Miguel as our server. Talk about a pleasant young man. He truly cared about our dining experience. He genuinely enjoys what he does and making the customers happy is his main priority.We decided to get the family meal of 4. My husband hasn’t stopped talking about the Cesar salad and stuffed mushrooms. I total enjoyed the Grilled Salmon lemon and herb and our friends loved the Spaghetti and Marinara sauce. It was an outstanding experience from those clearing the tables and bringing the food to the table to the excellent service from our server.
I had a party yesterday with some friends of mine and we all loved it. We reserved one of the areas on the second floor and it was beautiful. The food was amazing and very filling. My mother and I loved it so much we thought of bringing my father here for his birthday. I haven't seen the rest of the area since we were mostly on the second floor but I assume it is still beautiful.
Maggiano was really cute and lovely place, nice for party and dates.I had chicken piccata for lunch and i love the lemon taste and everything about my dish.and our waitress was really nice and brought us this sweets which was so nice of him.I Definitely Suggest Maghiano’s Little Italy?
My family of 47 people just held an event here today in the private rooms upstairs. We’ve done this annually for many years, but today the service and food were spectacular. In previous years, it has been hit or miss. I wanted to write the review today to recognize the outstanding service provided by Melvin and Wilbert (?). I’m not sure of the lead server’s name but he was a shorter, Latino gentleman. He was proactive, refilling our food without reminders. He was pleasant and very much on top of everything. The service was not rushed, not slow. A perfect pace with everything being brought out at the right time. He observed our needs carefully. I highly recommend the special events here due to the excellent level of service.
The food looks good, a little bit on the salty side. Would choose a different restaurant next time. The stars are for the exceptional, very professional staff.
