This very popular beverage stand at Tysons Mall always has a line according to my son who used to work retail in the mall. They offer a wide range of flavored milk tea and fruit tea and Boba drinks, also slush drinks. I had a delicious Pina Colada slush today, non-alcoholic, for $6.35. It's a good size, made to order. There are several workers, all working furiously. A nice treat once in a while, but pretty spendy.
Customer service could use some work. Music was blasting which made it impossible to hear the cashier since she was wearing a mask. I'm good with the mask but ask that they lower the volume. Other than that the drinks were decent. Expensive but decent.
I had the hot winter melon milk green tea. It was very delicious.
Got milk tea. Had limited fruit milk tea choice. The flavor was very chalky.
Tea sucks, coustmer service was horrible I would not recommend this shop to anyone else! ???♂️
False prices on the menu. Ordering a drink and get charged extra for a large size while large is the only size offered on the menu. I ask for a medium size then and was told they don’t carry medium size. The barista refused to talk to manager and just gave a non-sense answer “I don’t know”
I feel like they don’t listen to your order and just do whatever they feel like. Overall been to this location twice and very disappointed, the one in Springfield is far better.
I love Kung Fu Tea and this hurts me to say, but I had a terrible experience today at the kiosk. The guy that was there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He messed up the drink and then got an attitude with other people waiting. He was rude and condescending to his teammate. I asked and found out his name is something like Donghee or Donghey? This guy is giving you a terrible reputation. I have been there to order so many times but this one guy just ruined it.
I ordered the BrownSugar Wow Milk Black Tea and I was so excited at first. I’m very new to this type of drink but previously my experiences have all been wonderful (all from separate places) but this was completely different. I legit had to throw my drink away it was so bad… $6 down the drain :( …so please save your money and skip this place. It also took forever for them to make my drink which I could have forgiven if it was good but it sucked. I have the worst stomach ache right now and I wish I never stopped there.
