I ordered spring rolls and fried dumplings through Uber Eats. The food tasted pretty good. I had to reheat it because it had cooled off by the time it was delivered.

I remember the first time I ate Szechuan Chinese. I wish as a study at UC Santa Cruz and my selection for a core class went there for dinner. The flavors exploded in my mouth, and I was hooked. I took my parents there when they visited me, and they loved it too, and it became our ritual to have a meal there every time they drove me to school or otherwise came for a visit. I have spent years trying to find those authentic tastes. I finally have. If you like Szechuan Chinese, this is the place. Absolutely incredible. I ordered two dishes off the menu. I had the Mongolian Beef and the Kung Pao Chicken, both prepared spicy, and my taste buds couldn’t have been happier. This place has my seal of approval. I’m a customer for life! The only thing they could do to improve on the experience is to offer Sizzling Rice Soup!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. This place fits a description of a hole in the wall, it's located in an office building. I would never step into in if i wasn't told about it. Ordered some chicken Dan Dan noodles and it sad the best i have ever tried. Nothing about this place is fancy. But if you fancy yourself as a local foodie, it's a must try.

I gave 5 stars for the Chinese version of the food, when I ordered in person and ordered online for delivery. Love the food and all my friends loved it. And I was confused of the one star review. However, I had a recent experience of getting the American version of the food. I would say the taste is not good enough for a Chinese stomach. But I still want to support the business. It's hard to satisfy every customers with a single formula, be specific of what you want when ordering.?

I eat here a lot and can give a thorough, fair review of the place. For all these reviews complaining about having to wait...this is true! Sometimes you barely have a wait, other times you may wait an hour. It is usually very busy, people keep coming back because it is DELICIOUS authentic Chinese food. You will never look at American Chinese the same. Every time I order here I EXPECT that I may have to wait. But I always get a phenomenal meal and I know everything is homemade, ingredients are fresh. It's impossible to find food like this in the area. And while they may be someone understaffed, their prices are affordable for what you get. Don't let impatient people stop you, you will truly be missing out if you don't try this gem.

Excellent, fresh, very authentic. best sesame balls I have ever eaten.

Very delicious hot soups served on your personal fire stove. You can personalize by adding stuff and make it as spicy as you want. Wontons are home made and a specialty!

3 1/2 stars, some hot spicy dishes are decent, some are only average, indoor dining area is only ok for deli standard!

This is another one of the many joke 4/5 restaurants in NOVA. Any review mentioning “authentic” elicits only unforgiving mockery — have you tasted real Chinese food?Despite its elevated price, this unsophisticated kitchen is just like 99% of the restaurants claiming to be Chinese in the US — even at a fraction of their price, they would face difficulty surviving on the remotest street in Chengdu. And please, do not tell me that it’s an adaptation to the American palate — and if it is, it is an appalling adaptation to a provincial taste. The dishes failed at the basics — a single picture of the food below is sufficient to show the lack of quality in the ingredients used. And talking about adaptation, I’ve had far, far better Chinese food in European capitals like Paris.

A seemingly odd area for a restaurant, but in fact it’s surrounded by high-rise apartment buildings. The food is spectacular for such a small place. The fried dumplings are hand-made on site and are wonderful. Definitely give the onion cakes a try, I’m sure they’re healthy, ha ha, but they are fabulous. They love hot food, so asking for mild heat will still give you a kick. We also had the Szechuan green beans, the mapo tofu and the shrimp Lo mien, all terrific. If you are anywhere near McLean, do not pass up this place!
