Food was excellent and staff attentive and prompt. I would highly recommend if staying at the hotel or just stopping in for a meal.
Great food and the ambiance is perfect. And the breakfast t taste really good, It’s not pricey.
Awful awful experience. Came here for my dad’s birthday and the service was awful. The waiter was rude, didn’t ask what anyone wanted to drink upon sitting down except for getting everyone ice waters, and when asked if he was ready to take our order, he replied “I’m waiting for you.” So rude. Definitely expect more from the Ritz. The food also was not great and some guests’ coffees were served not hot. Would not recommend to anyone.
High quality food. Not cheap, but worth it. Yogurt and eggs and bread and fruit were all top notch quality.
I stopped in for a decaf cappuccino and a snack (avocado & crab toast). The brunch menu was ok for ovo-lacto vegetarians but sparse for vegans. The beverage, food and service all were excellent. There were few other guests here so it was COVID safe. My server said all staff are vaccinated. The ambience is inviting, bright and fresh. Prices are about what I expected at this location (on the higher side). I would come here again.
Great food and staff, I had the Burger with Truffle fries and it was absolutely delicious. I would and will be coming back for the food and atmosphere.

Very well organised and accessible place. They offer big portions and for reasonable rates. We liked the meals very much and the staff were super attentive and explanatory. I recommend this place.
We meet friends at the Ritz each year. We are tired when we arrive s d enjoy the amenities st the Concierge lounge. Rather than leave the hotel we just go downstairs to the Entyse for dinner. The crab cakes were fabulous. My husband had the rack of lamb snd was delighted A quite decent wine selection
The lunch menu was limited, presumably to move patrons through quickly. This was appreciated since I was on break during a conference. There were choices for everyone though and the food was very fresh. Service prompt and efficient.
