Omg!!!! It drives me crazy when “hot” coffee is served cold. As much as I love Dunkin coffee, the quality process across all stores are just so different. If you are making a coffee and you don’t feel the coffee is hot then you are doing something wrong. That’sJust common sense.
Went in to get a mint hot chocolate, and was very watery, very faint taste of chocolate. Disappointed to say the least, not the first time I have told them about this.
Server asked how I am doing with smile. No other dunkins did so.

I am huge fan of DD and this location is super efficient and in a great location. However, they always get folks through quickly without any long waits.
Donut and ice cream shop. Inside is small with limited space to sit. Could use a good clean.
Good service, great people working there with the exception of the guy behind the counter with mask on his chin and attitude on his face.Clearly he didn’t want to be there, might as well help him go find his happiness.
Was early morning 7am monday. Not busy at all. Got in and out and used the latrine which was clean. The guy at the front seemed stoned or just dizzy!! Ha. Great spot even ordered from postmates for work.
Mobile order was messed up. I went back in to get my order. Got home, still didnt give me the mini pancakes :(. Food was good for what we got.
Yum yum, a donut and a coffee makes my day. Especially the frozen coffee topped with whipping cream
