I always try to give a company a chance to redeem themselves before writing a bad review. I was actually on my way to a different pizza place to get food for coworkers. The person who I was with noticed Dominos when I was getting gas and we just wanted to save time. We get in and noticed no prices on the menu so we kept on asking how much, how much, how much. The cashier had to keep on ringing up the order to see how much. We ordered over $100 worth of food for the crew, but we forgot something. I got tired of asking the cashier who was now in the back, so I looked up the price. I noticed everything was cheaper online. The manager could not do anything for us even though we hadn’t gotten our food. I guess I know why they don’t put prices on their menus. So much for telling the customers what better deals would be. I will not be spending another dime here.
I know that this place offers delivery, but it was easy enough for me to order online and come by and pick it up. It had been a minute since my family and I had pizza for dinner,and since the two of us were too tired to cook, we decided to make it a pizza night! We already knew what we wanted to order right off the bat,and that was the Extravaganza pizza large size. This e large size has definitely been plenty of food for the four of us, and we have even had leftovers in the oast. This is pizza comes with pepperoni, ham, sausage, green peppers, onions, and black olives. The black olives are my favorite part of the whole experience! By the time zi arrived to the store, the pizza was already prepared and inside it's wonderful pizza box. I cheated a little and had a slice in the car and on my way out. Great as always!
Horrible.... We ordered a build your own Bread bowl with Marinara sauce they put Alfredo sauce. I called to let them know they added the wrong sauce and that my coworker was allergic and couldn't eat it. The person that answered the phone says "ok well" Then I my pasta premavera was cold like it never went into the oven sauce tasted gritty. I never finished it. The corrected Bread bowl was delivered we opened the box only to find a mound of marinara sauce on top as to seemingly teach us a lesson. It was also cold... Never will order from this location ever again!
The only good thing is that they are quick but at what cost though. -_-When I got there, the guy bought out my food but he forgot my drink so I had to walk in and recollect my drink. Not a big deal. However, when I got back to work, I opened my pizza box, and clearly had somebody else's pizza. They clearly ordered just sausage and onion. Even though it was somebody else's pizza, it was poorly slapped together. Crust wasn't even visible all the away around (or there was no crust), and toppings and sauce was just slapped on there any kind of way. It looked like it was missing toppings and sauce on majority of the pizza. I hope whoever got my pizza (pepperoni, chicken and bacon), that it was put together a lot better.
Horrible experience. Would not give them even a 1 if there was a lower rating. We ordered pizza for delivery. After waiting for 30 minutes (which we were told was the wait time), we called and were told our pizzas were out for delivery. After waiting another 20 minutes, we called a second time and were told our pizzas had been delivered. They had not been delivered to us. We quickly realized the store manager would not take our word that the pizzas had not made it to our home. The store was not willing to consider anything regarding our situation. I have never had such horrible customer service or been treated so poorly. We will NEVER eat Domino’s pizza in my house.
Tried ordering online but noticed that the crust had garlic, which we do NOT like. Called (10-minute hold) to place order using the coupon but was told I could not place the over the phone using the coupon. When I explained why I called (no garlic), I was told that I could specify that online. NADA. Ended up ordering online, because hubby was going to pick it up directly after running errands. Pizza OK.
If you ordering 7:99 large pizza they ask you to brooklyn thin &2 more please don’t order that it’s wasting money
Took an hour to deliver after it was done and the pizza was cold. Never ordering from Domino's again
The young man said he didn't have any gloves so I asked to speak to the manager. He told me that HE WAS the manager and that the whole Domino's doesn't use gloves. I had already paid for my food so I got a refund and got outta there...
There's a kid that cannot make pizza and wings correctly on Saturdays and Richard, the manager, doesn't work nor does he return calls to apologize to customers. The wings aren't even tossed, just drizzled like we're in paint class, and the pizza wasn't cut properly with just a bunch of cheese bunched into one pizza.The driver was the only one to apologize and understand my frustrations and would share my concerns to Richard.UPDATE, I emailed you and no response.
