Everything was wonderful, food and our server Delvon was wonderful. The 4 stars are because they couldn't seat our party in better seats. Everyone enjoyed their meals and my steak was cooked correctly! The pineapple mojito was nice! The calamari was perfectly fried and lightly breaded, I would have rather had the sauce on the side to keep it crispy but it was still good. Another good thing was the butter and the Ozzie rolls were great too. The shrimp was good so was the remoulade sauce.
3.5 Stars better than average but not overwhelming something to rave over. Convenient location to the Mall and ample (free) parking in the parking garage. Overall this was a decent lunch stop in Tysons Corner. More Upscale than usual mall restaurants but not what I consider world class. The wine menu by the glass was a nice selection. The cocktail selection was interesting but the beer selection fell short. I ordered a 9oz glass of Riesling and my friend ordered water because the beer menu was disappointing. My friend ordered the lobster club salad and I ordered Sesame crusted tuna salad. The Lobster Salad was market price and was served w large chunks of lobster. She enjoyed it and said it was worth the price. The tuna salad was a nice choice. THe tuna was fresh and the dressing flavorful. Service was excellent. But again this is an upscale mall restaurant in my humble opinion.

Enjoyed a delicious salad and trout at Coastal Flats. I’ve enjoyed this establishment a couple of time now as my work travels bring me here. The food is delicious.
Great and (relatively) healthy food at a surprisingly affordable price! If you’re already in the mall for shopping and want some place good to sit down and relax, Coastal Flats is definitely recommended. The beach thematic, the nice decoration, the relaxed ambiance and the tasty seafood are the key takeaways.
The server, Emily, did an outstanding job! She was pleasant and attentive with a great smile! You need to hold on to her!
Love the bread rolls with honey butter. A basket of rolls is one dollar and it is donated to a local food insecurity bank. While seafood seems to the main feature, husband and I enjoyed a cheeseburger and grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Good service. Never had to ask for anything.
Coastal Flats is one of my favorite restaurants in this region. Every time I've gone the food is consistently good and I've never been disappointed with the meal or the service. However, at this Tyson's location during lunch on Thursday, March 18th, 2022, my debit card wasn't working because there was some error in the system. My bank stated that it would take another 20 - 30 minutes to make sure my debit card works again. While I was finishing my coffee, the manager, Saheer, asked if you could try my card again. I informed him what is happening and he said m'am don't worry about it, I will take care of the bill but please leave my restaurant and never come back. I wasn't planning to leave the restaurant without paying nor was I drunk and disorderly. The manager was having a eagle trip and wanted to take another seller Indian out of the restaurant for no particular reason. It was about 3:00 pm in the afternoon and it was empty restaurant so I wasn't holding the table or keeping staff member waiting around. I've never been so disrespected in my life that I was actually cursing at him do tell me what his name was and tell me the owner's name was so I can report him. he refused to give me his name and did not want to give me the owner's name which I can easily look up online. I called back and said I want to commend the customer service of this restaurant to the headquarters so just so I can get the manager's name well thank you for telling me your name Saheer. I don't need to have a influence of status of your Instagram or Google reviews but you do get about 3.5 million years so this reviews are being read and not just with that photos. This room will be repeated on Yelp TripAdvisor and I'm going to contact social class so that he can be recommend ed he needs picture for customers and he has to remember that he's in service where the moto is that the customer is always right. he needs to be reprimanded for his behavior and I don't need him to take out his anger on his customers just because he was having a bad day oh he's not getting laid enough at home or on dating sites.
