Even though the portion is small, they serve really healthy salads.
The staff at this location is wonderful, but the salads at Chopt are uniformly meh, and that’s a problem considering that’s all they have. Consistently leaves me with the feeling of eating a side salad at a highway stop.I’d love for them to look at Sweetgreen or something similar to see how to do salads well.
tldr: The food is great but the website is really bad.The one star rating is a bit harsh, but it's intended to get across the point that there are like serious design flaws in their website/communication. The browser keeps erasing the password so you have to reset it every time. Also it can be hard to figure out if they're open and they're not always responsive when you call. And finally they don't accept orders over the phone.
Why are my bowls not full? I paid the price of a full bowl! This is the second time you do this to me. Top it off. Going to look for another branch as I am getting sick and tired and cheated.
Fareed (the manager) at the McLean location was super nice and accommodating. Very humble and always put a smile on my face. Ive been coming to this location for years, never seen everyone having fun like I did today. lazy spanish ladys took 30min to give me my order that i had scheduled. Do not come if you planning to have lunch that day. Expect delays. Employee said my order was scheduled for later although place was empty. Like what better thing could they have tocdo? id understand if place was full but it was EMPTY. NO WONDER!
Ordered two Cobb salads that didn’t come with the chicken/avocado they were supposed to, but still got charged for them. Paid extra for broccoli but got one tiny sliver of a piece that found at the bottom of the salad. Would recommend that if you order from them, do it in person so you can watch them make it and ensure that it is done properly.
Couple of issues. One, the photo I posted, is supposed to be tomato soup. That doesn't appear to be soup to me. It was clumpy, no actual soup.Also, the Heavy dressing option is a bit of a joke. What I received wasn't close to heavy. If that's heavy, I'd hate to see regular. It's not even close to enough dressing for a full salad. The salad also had bits had some bits of items I didn't include in my order.Overall, highly disappointed.
