Don’t go thereSlow and rudeI understand they are short in staff, but that doesn’t give them the right to give you less amount of portions and be rude. I usually choose Chipotle over other places because I'm supposed to have my order in 5 minutes, but what happened that it took me 15 minutes to get my order even though I was the first in the line. When I asked them politely to ring me up, they answered rudely you have to be patientChipotle should be faster. If I want to wait there forever what’s the point of going there
One of the best Chipotles in terms of taste. I could taste and feel the spicy salsa.The entrance is outside of the mall and the seating is somewhat narrow. Some of the seating is right outside the restroom. The drink fountains could be better maintained. Also recommend that their cleaning equipment and supplies be positioned to where the damp cloth smell doesn't waft in occasionally.
Horrible experience! The staff, especially a Hispanic manager is so rude! Went to get hockey jersey BOGO, which website states up to 5 free entrees in one transaction so potentially being able to purchase up to 10 meals. He would not honor it, saying he knew the policies very well. Contacted corporate because their employees DO NOT know the policies very well.
Took 20 minutes to get my food. Workers Jaír standing at the counter but wouldn’t ring me up, and this is after it took them 5 minutes to figure out what I meant by “queso blanco”. Why do your workers not know their own food/language, and then had the nerve to give me HALF a spoon of queso.
Missing topic ( lettuce) and I found a hair on my bowl. Also, I ordered a delivery last month and chips were missing. Please if we order delivery we expecting see what we order and be a more clean. WORST PLACE EVER
Love Chipotle but… this location is like you asking your food for free. The portion is so small for an adult than might as well get a kids meal size. Ridiculous.

Conveniently located right outside near the garage and mall entrance, and pretty much like any other Chipotle. We have been to this location once, and it was a good experience.
Chipotle is my son's favorite go to place, but this one is the WORST experience ever. The portions are ridiculously small, and this particular staff wrapped my tortilla (on side) like a piece of trash. I was literately speechless. Feel sorry for the brand name of the company. Chipotle should shut down this location, because they really are damaging the brand name by their disgraceful service.Updates: reading other reviews on this place made me feel much better. I am not alone, but just can’t believe they still have 3.9 rating and still survive. Looks like they don’t even read reviews or don’t care at all. Filed some complains on company’s website too.
Awful Portion Sizes. When asked if that was all the chicken she added 3 more pieces. Why is chipotle consistency with portions garbage.
