Went in to get lunch today and noticed they have a new item on the menu; pollo asado bowl, decided it sounds scrumptious so I ordered it, the guy behind the counter mumbled something underneath his mask, I barely realized he said anything until he just stood there giving me deer in headlights look, I then said “I’m sorry” because I didn’t hear what he said, apparently he asked me what kind of rice I wanted but it was still muffled so I’m guessing that’s what he asked, I told him I want it the way it comes all while pointing to the cilantro lime rice just in case he wasn’t able to hear me as I wasn’t able to hear him. He then mumbled something again and again I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you” to which he replied “this your first time at Chipotle” I said “no I’ve been here” and he said “well you should know what you want” at the time I laughed on the inside because here I am thinking this young man has poor customer service skills, I wonder what the manager or owner would feel if they knew their employee said that to a customer. Now as I sit at my desk back from lunch I thinking about it and wonder if anyone who makes decisions there will somehow be alerted to how that employee spoke to the customer, hopefully someone will give that boy more training!

i eat here almost every day and this chipotle never fails to give me a half chunk of avocado in my guac, otherwise i love it

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food was ok but the staff were inexperienced and the slowest I’ve ever seen and borderline hostile, AVOID

I would give zero stars if I could, this is the WORST chipotle in america, and even saying that isn’t enough, their staff are disgusting, rude, and disinterested. I got an order for pickup, and when I get home I see that it’s the wrong order. Not only that, but it’s sloppily made and the portions are awful. Not only did the burrito have 3 different types of protein, but it also had barely any to begin with. The clear unsanitary practices are terrible. Also, don’t even think about calling them, because they won’t pick up the phone either. Save your money and your time and please never eat here.

"this might be the worst Chipolte in America" was how one of my coworkers just described this location. Once again they messed up our order. It was delivery and I didn't check when they gave me the food but the left out one of the three meals. Corporate customer service won't refund the missing order best they will do is add a meal to your account to redeem but that doesn't account for the increased food pricing to order delivery, delivery fee's, and cash tip to the driver. I'll never order from this location again and will think twice before getting Chipolte at all. The headache just isn't worth the burrito.

This location is absolutely overrun with online orders. Because of this, the line hardly moves and gets very long. The employees and restaurant management need to do a better job managing the orders. In addition, the portions per order have decreased. The price has also increased slightly from before. The food is still very good.

this place is the absolute worst. supply chain issues, okay understandable.customer service routinely rude, totally unacceptable. the location of this franchise you’d think they have some type of understanding to service their customers with kindness.nothing, each and every time i come here someone is rude. the staff here is horrible. there’s problem one person out of the usual suspects that is able to process how horrible the service is.when these folks are out of items the staff here can’t even comprehend to try to make it better by offering other items.the service here is disgusting, i’ll be reporting to BBB and corporate.

This comment is in reference to service received last night (15NOV21). Extremely unprofessional staff and a worthless, and I'd say cowardly, manager in regards to all-things customer service, quality control, and leadership. I was belittled, called a liar, and dismissed by the cashier over what was supposed to be a customer loyalty reward of free guacamole (~$2.50 towards an order of over $50.00). To round out the experience - the manager, who was clearly intimidated by his staff, only stepped forward (turned out he was the individual standing immediately next to the cashier the whole time (and minus a name tape with title)) only after summoned directly and contributed what amounted to complete deferment and obedience to the cashier. We are a family of 6 and we eat out very often - this type of treatment and behavior is unacceptable and we will not be subject to it. Fix this - OWNER, train your staff in basic respect, accountability, and service to the community.

Had issues with an order, and Joseana from online Chipotle support ensured I was taken of and received a refund for my troubles. Thanks again Joseana. Would recommend, due to Chipotle owning up to their mistakes!

Fresh hot food. The brisket Quesidilla is on point. Friendly service.
