Absolutely horrible customer service, called in because they mixed in 10 Cajun corns with the separate order of plan corn because I have stomach issues that would send me to the hospital. Life or death situation and I called in to ask why so and the manager lulu straight up told me that she didn't care if I went to the hospital or not. Do not trust her. Will never pay a dime here again. If I could give it a 0 star I would.
So, that was my first experience with a Wingstop (I know, I know). To say the least, the service was excellent. When the cook found out we were going to dine-in, he even brought us extra supplies to help us eat. Service ended up being five stars.Now for the food.We ordered a meal for two that included 15 wings, two sauces, and a large order of fries. We had Cajun and Atomic for dips, and were hoping Atomic will blast fire up our a$$es. The sourness of the atomic dip, completely ruined the spicy hotness we were hoping for. The Cajun sauce wasn't bad. The fries were very old and appeared to be refried; I couldn't eat them.So, while the service was excellent, the food was not worth returning for.

Decided to give this place one last shot and wow may i say i was surprised the 2 workers by the name marc and steve were excellent definitely deserve a raise ! food was phenomenal will definitely be coming back !
We got 20 classic wings today. Very disappointed with the quality of the wings. We usually got boneless wings (aka tenders) from this place and they were good (the second star is for that). The classic wings were really small and were of a poor quality. There was one wing I thought was a tip. But, it was a chicken wing and needless to say, it didn't count. Never buying bone-in chicken wings from here again and in general from here for a while. I guess if you want good chicken wings, cook them yourself. Also, they charge extra for ranch and it was good.
I went to this location for the first time today and I have to say I’m mildly impressed, a situation that made zero sense business wise or fair wise was brought to the forefront on my receipt and the manager fixed it without me having to express what needed to be done.
Been awhile got the 6pc combo alittle pricey $14.40 got two flavors chicken pieces small and overcooked fries very salty
