Went here and drive thru experience was awful. Order was incorrect and then said she couldn't refund me her mistake back to my card. Only to given me refund in cash and it wasn't the full refund. I will never return and we usually come every Friday as a treat to my three children. New staff training needed. I don't desire free food that I didn't order, I desire food I ordered and paid for.
Representative was courteous, and we'll mannered. I like the wonderful customer service received. Meal was also fresh and tasty. Overall superb quality service.
Typical Wendy’s, great staff, very quick service, but the dining room was COLD.
I ordered combo #6 which is spicy chicken, when I started to bite the sandwich I found a rubber band in it. I threw away my sandwich. I waisted my money here.

Doesn't take apple ...doesn't look like the dining area was update since the restaurant was created. Food was fine and expected but fries were very hot for a long time.
Update: 10.13.21 since we are never here during the day, since I was in the vicinity today, I went in and spoke to someone who said they were the manager. She chastised me for not coming in the next day. As if lady.I asked for cheese on the side and you can see by the photo I didn't get what I wanted.It's not edible. It tastes like nacho cheese not cheddar cheese. The potato that's uncovered I was able to get some potato out of it but half of that potato is rock hard. I won't be going back to this Wendy's again.VERY VERY unhappy. We got 2 spuds, chili, asked for sour cream, TWICE, guy said, 'it should be in there' got home it wasn't. Spuds are old and tough. VERY UNHAPPY
HORRIBLE experience the cashier was so serious and she didnt even give me my recipt didnt call my order DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!

Fries don't have much salt and the new bourbon bacon burger wasn't as good as the picture looked! Kids liked their meals, frostys are still good and cookies are delish
