Location almost never gives the correct order. It's not even a matter of special orders or requirements. You order just a regular combo, they give you a random hamburger or chicken sandwich, and it's only by the roll of the dice that you MAY get the one you ordered.For a $10 fast food burger, it should at least resemble what was ordered. McDonalds may not be good, but at least they give you a Big Mac when you order a Big Mac.Wendy's has always been one of the worst places when it comes to pay-rates, and it shows. Maybe if you paid your staff a living wage, they might put in some effort.

Went inside. Managers could be nicer to the employees. Cashier was nice, obviously new and manager lady could've been nicer to her.
Food was quick, order was correct and the new look is refreshing.
Ordered a Parmesan ceasar salad with fried chicken & they still have me grilled. Called to see if I could switch it & no answer. They weren’t even busy when I left smh. How you mess something as simple as a salad up ?
Food quality is pretty good most of the time, but they could improve on their customer interaction.

It's a fast food place but you don't get your food fast ? Lines often move at a snail's pace here but they are pretty friendly.

The renovation is nice, unfortunately the staff and food is terrible. It took more than 15 min for the food to come out. (It was not busy at all) only 2 customers. The food tasted terrible not fresh at all and very small burgers. Not worth another visit.
