Horrible working environment. And I hope each and everyone of you know that every single employee has touched either a order from you and eating from it or they eat and make food whenever they want so things there aren’t very sanitary. The managers are unprofessional disrespectful and same as the employees and they allow employees and managers to be rude and disgusting towards new employees. If you are looking for a job do not work there it’s not worth it.
My complaint is about this Wendy's app,it does not work most of the time..,I want to get my Rewards I waited more than 10 minutes,and still not working the offers you need the app too,and the Manager at some locations they 'w give you the offers anyway,but not here.Thanks for nothing Wendy Restaurants used to be better years ago,but now....Not that good.
What can I say other than Wendy’s is great. They have great deals and good food. This particular one nearly always forgets to add the sauce to my mobile order, which makes me sad :( one of the staff members was a little rude to me as well. I still go here because it’s the closest one to my house, but the service could be better ??♂️
they messed my order up & then just switched it with another person right infront of me. which was still not my correct order. then got an attuide because I told them it was still wrong.
Do not choose curbside pick up as your choice. We waited for over 10 mins, then finally gave in and walked into the restaurant only to find out that it was just sitting on the countertop. I don’t know how long it was sitting there, but there was no apology, no “thanks” for coming in to pick it up. The customer service is pretty awful there. Food is good, I love their fries and I love to order from their app so that I can customize and add more veggies.
Fresh food, good service. They did forget my sauce for nuggets tho.
Decided to try breakfast what a mistske that was...breakfast sandwich had strange liquid cheese on it but tasted ok, then felt nautious all day almost immediately after and now at 3am im paying for it
I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Come after 9 o'clock and they'll just pretend they don't see you.

Terrible customer service rude employees and cannot get your food correct after 15+ minutes in the drive-thru only to one not receive a receipt with my order two it was someone else's food and three they was really can't do much without a receipt so I had to show my debit card transaction to prove it unbelievable
