This place is awesome for a nice family or friends night out. We had such a great time. We had some issues getting our lane up and working but the manager Dennis was awesome, he seen we were having some difficultly with our lane and got it fixed right away. He provided us with great customer service and the staff there was always great. The food came quick and tasted great.
Front desk for bowling was a little short staffed for checking in but once we were helped the process went quickly. We arrived earlier than our bowling reservation to have something to eat from the restaurant, and we ordered food using using the QR code but the order was lost somehow so we waited awhile for the food to come out. Without a dedicated server to assist us it took awhile for us to flag down a team member to assist us.
We booked two lanes at Uptown Alley in Manassas for Father's Day. From the moment we got to the lanes it was a disaster. The first two lanes were problematic, the light didn't work and the bumper on one of the lanes would not go down. We were changed to another lane which was better. However, I went to order food on their app and that's when things got worse. The server was nice but could not do anything with alcohol because he was under age. They did not have most drinks available, but was not told until after I ordered them on the app, so was charge the higher price. Lastly, I ordered food and it did not arrive in time. We were finished playing our game and despite me asking where my food was I was told it was not ready. How long does it take to 'make' chips and salsa??? I was told I would get a refund, which would have been > $30 but only received $6. Despite me contacting them I still have not received my due refund! The server tried to tell me it was my fault because we changed lanes, however I did not order until we got to the new lane and our drinks made it to the correct lane.The service at this facility was absolutely horrible! It wasn't even busy to warrant service this bad.
Our server, Zay, was great. Will definitely come back soon. Highly recommend.
This place is awesomeeeeeeee.. kids just loved it . First timer and we were initially thinking for a bowling alley .. amazing bowling lanes . Lots of them and it was really good ..There was an offer going and it was just worth the price . 2 hour for all games and just less than 20$. Kids played so many games .. basket ball, video games , cars , bike games , shooting games etc . They also had laser tag included and it was awesome ! Food was ok. Ordered it online and it was a little expensive .. service was awesome . Lots of parking outside . Overall it was such a good experience.. way to go ???
Great place for birthday parties!! The entire family will have things to do. The kids can play laser tag, dad can chill at the bar, and mom can even sneak out and shop :) The staff was very attentive during our last vist with one gentleman in mind, Mr. RJ. He went over and beyond to make sure the kids had a blast. I think he's the Manager, at least that's what vibe I got which was all positive and inviting. I'll definitely take my family back to this location again.Thank you all!!
What wonderful service and people. My nephew and i had a wonderful time. The only reason i didnt give 5 Stars is the bowling area need a little more attention for clean up or post disposal cans nearby. Definitely will return! FYI: the manager is awesome!!
It was our first time with my friends there and we had a great time. Even though we had some issues with the bowling lane but Mr. Parker solved the issue in the best management possible! I strongly recommend this place :)
