The food was good. The onion soup was a little to salty but good otherwise. The waitress Arlina( I think that was her name) was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant.
Sat at the bar, excellent service by staff. Food was great!
Delicious food. Service at the bar was very slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty but they clearly had new employees who were in training, and I know the Covid staffing issues are real. Everyone was very friendly.I also wish they had more "healthy" options, like more varieties of salads, veggie trays, etc. which comes from corporate.That said, overall nice experience and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area :)
Good food and service. The draft beer selection isn't bad. Had problems with there coolers though. Week before had problems with there beer taps. If wasn't for the great pizza may consider different place for pizza. Is tough to beat Uno's !
It's our first time at this place and the menu looked so good that I almost want to eat the menu. The food were delicious. Definitely will come back. Would love to bring our parents to this place sometime.
Very short staffed & long waits (after being seated) on a Saturday night. But our waitress tried hard & was handing multiple tables.Food was hot & fresh.
I miss your restaurant. The one by me in Gurnee, IL. Closed and I moved to TN. Great food, big portions and our server was great. Xenia was very nice and professional.
This was the worst service I ever recieved. we ordered from other locations with no issues. We had issue with chicken parm and the so she says manager which ended up not being manager was rude and couldn't not speak english at all then could not understand my name asking another employee to take my info then when I asked her info speaker very fast so I asked to slow down so she gave attitude speaking fast again but yet me speaking very slow was to fast. Would never ever order from this location again and we are a company account who orders alot to be treated this way was insane. Mercy I guess is the real manager who wasnt available will be able to address issue tomorrow when Maria Giron faked to be supervisor was rude and will file this complaint with corporate. was the most unprofessional and horrible service I ever experienced. other locations are great this one just clearly dosnt care at all. Atleast my team will know for future reference this location is pure trash. Food quality and customer service.
I love UNO pizza. I calledy order in and it was ready when I got there. Everything was cooked appropriately. No problems. I just don't necessarily care for their chunky pizza sauce. They should offer a choice of chunky or non chunky
I was visiting with a large group and we all had separate Groupons for different things. The manager was kind and patient. She talked us through what options we had and put our drink order together herself. Great service and delicious pizza. Thanks!
