DoorDash food service: Driver called the restaurant to verify if the order was ready for pick up. There are many times drivers arrive and wait 10-20 minutes as orders have to be completed within a certain time. A nice lady answered the phone and the driver asked if the order is ready for pick up. She place the call on hold and suddenly a man rudely said to the driver not to f’king call and just enter the restaurant because if he had to answer all the calls he will go crazy. The driver arrives and the man whom I believe was the manager repeated himself saying not to call again. The driver explained there is a reason for calling because there is a window in which the order has to be completed and driver wasn’t going to wait 10-20 minutes. Drivers can refuse an order if the order isn’t ready by the time drivers arrive. The manager rudely says “It’s always people from other countries who come here to ruin things. Get your food and I don’t ever want to see you again”. In my book that’s a racist comment to say and I believe nobody should feel comfortable doing buisness with this restaurant

This establishment has poor customer service and the food is trash. The NY Steak with vegetablePlatter came with the steak so rare you could see blood red cutting into the middle. Super undercook yet a $23 platter. My coworker was super disappointed she threw it in the trash disgusted. I purchased chicken Marsala and this platter had no taste in the meat it was bland no spices at all and the meat had a gooey white texture when biting into it. I purchased a platter for my daughter of lasagna and it tastes horrible. The store bought ones from the oven come out better then what was served to me. I called and spoke to the manager who said quote un quote: This New York style food is not good for delivery or pick up it’s only good dining in”. If that’s the case why offer a delivery service on your website, if you know it is not good quality leaving the restaurant. I have never heard such s poor excuse to deliver to your customer. Me being a supervisor role with customer service being my cup of tea the manager was very unprofessional. Try selling me more things and suggested next time eat in???? $60.00 for 3 players all not cooked properly makes no sense with that kind of response and wanted to get defensive with me. Saying I’m lucky he’s still on the phone because he’s busy. Wow! I will never give a dime nor respect this guys establishment. Two thumbs down ? beware pictures on the website of his plates do the food no justice!

"MANAGER is SO Disrespectful!"So disappointed with the service. I ordered online through Slice via Google. We picked up our order and realized that our dessert was not included. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened. They new we did not pickup the pie because the server on the phone immediately called out my name and order ... then apologized. Why wouldn't they call us... since we picked up the order? We could have turned around? Anyway, she put the manager on becuase I asked for a refund. He got irrate, and kept saying that I wanted a fight because I asked for a refund. He then hung up on me TWICE! I drove back to the store for my refund where he dismissed me and said if I want a refund I had to reach out to Slice. That is all he should have said on the phone. It's pretty SAD because I try to frequent restaurants in my neighborhood, giving them business during this time of unsurity. I enjoy the food -- but will NEVER go back again.

Chef and owner, Paulino creates the best Italian dishes in Northern Virginia. He has a large variety of mouth watering dishes that are very reasonably priced. His very generous plates are made fresh and absolutely divinely delicious. He will customize any dish you ask for and can make any dish that is not on the menu. Chef Paulino will treat you like family, always pleasant and wanting to please his patrons. He always has a smile on his face as he dashes to the kitchen to freshen your drinks, bring more napkins, or ask if there is anything else he can do to make your dining experience pleasant. Uber eats order, Wasted $$$$$. I’m so tired of paying restaurant prices for sub par food!!! Asked for a medium burger, got well done = dry dry dry. It tasted like those frozen burger Pattie’s - definitely not fresh, nothing special. Wendy’s across the street better! That roll was hard as a rock/uneatable, why even put it in there? Lasagna, tasted just like the frozen kind you get at Walmart. Pizza, I paid for extra cheese. If that’s extra I don’t want to see what regular looks like but…it was the best thing ordered. Never ordering here again.

Ordered steak and cheese sub ,fries. Lettuce was wilted and had a brown spot on it and a hair was in it as well. Not a place I will go to again.

Food was decent, enjoyed the flavor of the sauces, no bread offered, good service. I found the seating uncomfortable as the table and benches were not close enough. Also room temperature was on the chilly side.

Good food and service, a quick lunch stop. The menu is large and offers something for everyone.

Very badly cooked pasta . Eggplant was basically raw . Never again .
