I ordered a Watermelon Mojita Smoothie. After, the group of 3 men who ordered smoothies and food after me received their order prior to me receiving mine I inquired about the delay. I was told there was a lot of to go orders. I informed the man on the register that others had ordered prior to me and received their food, he asked about my order. He told me that it would be coming. Several additional individuals that placed orders after me received their orders. A worker came to the man at the register and told him something about my order. The gentleman at the register told her to prepare my smoothie. The gentleman never told me what occurred or apologized for the delay. The delay was ao long another customer apologized to me after he received his smoothie. Once I finally received the smoothie I asked for the lime straw that I thought came with it. The man at the registered told me the lime straw doesn't come with it and the poster doesn't state anything about the lime straw. Good customer service would have been to apologize for the delay in receiving my smoothie and give me the straw. Obviously, customer service is not a priority at this location. I will no longer visit this location.
Ordered a sandwich meal with a smoothie and it had no bacon in it. I understand that mistakes happened, but when i called i talked with the manager and he did not want to do anything about it. He literally just told me "big deal it's just some bacon" and did not offer any resolution and did not even apologize. On top of this i paid for protein on my smoothie and i could not taste it. I cant prove there wasn't any, but considering the rest I'm not surprised if that was intentional. This has to be one of the worst customer services I've received in my life. They just lost a local frequent customer.
We really enjoyed this place. Service was good. Order was prompt. Location was clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
My wrap wasn’t cooked, the rice is still hard and the entire wrap is cold even the shrimp. This is the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever ordered from, seriously not even sure how they are still open.
The employees definitely are undertrained, multiple times there have been incorrect orders. They care more about quantity over quality. And the owner, Alex doesn't have any good customer service skills at all. This place should really be under new management.
Ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. It has 3 pieces of chicken 3!!! This is completely unacceptable. 7.5 for a bowl of spinach. Do not go here if you want your order correct.
Employees don't even wear hairnets nor even have a proper dress code. Smoothies are more icewater than actual smoothie. They don't care at all about their customers
This might be the worst location, the owner is unprofessional and has a bad attitude, it's very clearly understaffed since there's so many now hiring signs plastered all over the shopping center, I'm assuming there's a high turnover rate at this place.
Smoothie was great. They closed their bathroom facilities for no reason. Inconvenient and unsanitary as I couldn't wash up before lunch. Disappointing for sure. Laziness?
