Great staff good food and deserts
I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken strips and this is what I received, this is the second time it has happened and it’s super frustrating especially when they charge $15. If you guys know you can’t deliver the product then take it off the menu! Don’t take it upon yourself to substitute it for something that isn’t even close to it and expect the customer to deal with it
Honestly I was very surprised how slow the service was and how long things took with how dead it was on a Friday night. The waiter didn't even come over for a drink order until about 15 min after being seated and most of the tables that had people (all of 4 or 5 with about 4 different waitstaff that I saw) were all in the same area. The food was not very good. I dunno if it was an off day or what. Do not get ice water... it does not taste very good. I don't usually leave reviews that often but it was just not a good experience.
Location was short staffed but very accommodating. After finding there was a wait for seating I considered take out. The service crew seated us and served us takeout from the bar and provided seating. The hostess, bar staff, and wait staff were very courteous and attentive.
I grabbed a beer and a burger here. Staff was friendly, food was good. The bartender put the game on, it was a good night.The place could probably use a remodeling otherwise I'd give it a better rating.
We went last night after a concert with a group of 12 people, we wanted to eat something and have some drinks. In google said it’s open until midnight, it was 10:40pm and when we got there the waiter said the kitchen closes in 15 minutes, which we understood, but we had to seat ourselves because he wasn’t willing to find a table for us, such a large group. We got the largest table that they had and we sat in couples to be able to put our orders separate, we order food and when we wanted to order drinks, they didn’t have anything, he said the blender was broken and they run out of Rum, we ended up having a glass of tap beer and they took about 50 minutes to bring the food that was to go. When the server brought the food, he put all the orders together in 2 bags and we told him it was separate, then he brought some extra plastic bags and put it on top of the table and said there you go. I was already getting upset but I didn’t let such as terrible experience ruin the night after such as wonderful concert. Finally we asked for the check and then he also took a while. It is definitely our worst experience at a TGI Fridays and I would not recommend it all nor I would never come again.
Normally this location is good, but the night shift is not okay. We decided to have dinner there last night 2/10/22. Since the restaurant was so convenient to our hotel, the Hampton Inn, we thought, hey why not. First, the server Sergio appeared to not want to be at work. Sergio's personality is not suited for a customer service role. He was not friendly at all. I asked for my mashed potatoes to be substituted, he told me that they could have been, as if to say that he would not go in the kitchen and ask for a simple substitution. I was done there. Who is a server to determine what substitution s you will and will not ask for. We spent 111.00 in that place and the food was overcooked. My point of this review is to say that Sergio was rude and I wish that a Manger would make our experience right.
Service is horrible. Didn’t get drinks for 20 minutes or someone to greet us. It was me and another table.. that’s it! Gave me the wrong beer and the rest of the table lemonade instead of sherly temples. Food took forever and didn’t even come out hot. Asked for my check while I had my food and server didn’t pick it up for 30 minutes. The whole experience was horrible. Manager was no where to be found

This restaurant is very unprofessional. I was waiting to be greeted on once I entered the restaurant but it took twenty plus minutes for the waitress to greet me. Only to tell me the kitchen is backed up. She went to go check on how long my order of and half hour past due should be ready. She waited on her tables and didn't come back for at least ten minutes. so I left. Smh
