Dining area is filthy, touch screens were disgustingly filthy and dirty as well. I noticed High chair had food debris all over it. Oh and they argue back if you tell them you ordered something different; as a fellow food service employee myself it’s good customer service to acknowledge the wrong order, change it for them, charge customer extra if need be. Not argue . Food taste is decent though so I added a star.
Asked for some fire sauce, bag had literally 200 fire sauce packets in it. 10/10
This used to be one of the best location in term of speed.But these days the speed is super super slow.Even the store is super slow, i had to wait 5,7 minutes for a single item. Not sure it might be of different management. Need to address the speed if service. Beside it, everything is nice here
Not going to say they need fired, but the group that was working tonight (2/22/2022 9pm) needs some extra training. It took 14 minutes to get through the drive thru. It took about 3 minutes sitting at the speaker before I ever heard anyone attempt to speak. I asked for 1 thing to be swapped, and it wasn't, as well as ice being in the drink after requesting no ice. Didn't receive any sauce after requesting some (happens almost every time). Was just an overall disappointing experience.
I've died of old age every time I came to this restaurant. Inside, drive through, doesn't matter. Event takes forever. I've even tried doing a mobile order for immediate pickup, driven ten minutes to the restaurant, and the order still isn't ready.
WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. slowest employees in the world and always have my order wrong. every time i have ever been through. they are SO SLOW. every body i have been around has said the same exact thing. will be getting a hold of corporate.
Drive thru was quick and efficient. Mobile order was smooth and I receive everything ordered. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is for lack of utensils on items that need it. Cheesy potato side Can not be eaten without fork or spoon.
Food is always great to get when,you know what you want when you want it
I don't have any problem with the food but I do have a problem about how slow the service is all the time. It doesn't have to be a lunch rush it could just be a slow day and they'll still be very slow with your order
I mean, it's fast food tacos. They're good.
