This Taco Bell used to provide excellent service, but today the service was absolutely horrendous. This Taco Bell apparently did away with all personalized customer service and now only attends customers through touch screens. Once my order was placed, it took more than 20 minutes for my order to be delivered, and the order was filled incorrectly. I specifically ordered a steak chalupa and even paid extra for it, but they gave me only chicken chalupas. So I had to go up to the counter and wait over 5 minutes before one of the workers finally passed close enough to the counter for me to point out to her that my order was incorrect. She seemed to have difficulty understanding that one of the chalupas was supposed to be steak, despite the fact that it was clearly indicated on the order. Then she took one of the chicken chalupas and said that she was going to have it replaced with a steak chalupa. Then a male employee came out and began to argue with me that one of the chalupas he had prepared was steak, but I informed him that none of the chalupas contained anything remotely resembling steak. They were all chicken. Finally he disappeared back into the food preparation area. I then waited another 10 minutes at the counter before they finally brought out a steak chalupa. By that time, the other chalupa that had come with my order was already ice cold! I had to wrap the other chalupa up to take come to reheat in the microwave. Then, when I sat down at the table, there were no packets of taco sauce in the bag, despite my having ordered them on the touch screen when I placed my order. I went to where the sauces are usually placed in the bins for the customers and there were no packets of sauce there. I went back to the counter again and asked for the packets of taco sauce that I had distinctly ordered on the touchscreen. The lady responded that the sauces are only provided to the customers in the drive-thru and directed me toward the bins. I pointed out to her that all the bins were completely empty. The lady then walked over and grabbed the empty bins, walked back to the drive-thru serving area, refilled the bins and walked right by me to put the bins in the public dining area, so I had to walk back to the bins to get the taco sauce when she could have at least had the courtesy to hand me the sauce packets that I had requested. Throughout our time in the restaurant, there was continuous loud complaining from other customers about the extremely slow service. Then when it came time to leave, when we pulled out of our parking space, we had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru line which was completely wrapped around the building due to the extremely slow service at this Taco Bell. There was no way to get out of the parking lot from where we had parked without waiting along with the other cars in the drive thru line. Tonight's service was extremely pathetic and I will never do business with Taco Bell again is this is the service model they are adopting.
I had a pick up order and they told me I had to go through drive thru to receive it since apparently their lobby was closed, when lobby hours literally said it was open for 30 more minutes. My food was apparently sitting and upon waiting in a 30 min drive thru, when I could have just walked in to get it, it was cold. Also wanted to cancel it, but would not let me. Just want to understand why you would allow a pick up option if it doesn't apply, and you choose a "gtfo attitude".
The service was great especially for a 3am Taco Bell run. The staff was really nice especially Ali. He was the nicest person I've ever met in a drive thru!
So the food was good enough for taco bell... But the wait time from when I ordered until I got my food was aweful.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru line once and they didn’t even give us the right order. We had to go all the way back around and re order everything. He told them to take out some stuff in the food due to him getting sick when he eats those specific things. We parked again and checked everything just for them to put the stuff he didn’t want in the food in. I had to personally go in the restaurant and tell them for the 3rd time they messed up our order. I do understand it’s usually kids that work in there and can be new to working there, but at the same time they do need MORE PROPER training. I don’t really blame them, I blame the managers for not teaching much. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a lot of patience.
The worker qasandria , she is soo rude that she become angry while asking her to confirm my order , replying rudely doesnt have any manner to talk , and when excalated. To the manager (maria) according to here qasandria can speak how. Every rudely she wants . With the cousotmers …. Very bad coustomer service would never combe back again and will advised all my friends and family to boycot this place .
I visited this Taco Bell in Manassas before heading to I95 and four 1/2 more hours of driving home. This has been one of my most pleasant visits to a Taco Bell anywhere. Friendly employees... and our food was very good! We tried one of the new grilled cheese steak burritoes. Really enjoyed it!
The manager Kevin was such an awesome person to talk to and he was a great help. If you come here definitely ask for him!
Did a pickup order through door dash and did not see I had to go inside so I was in the drive through. She allowed me to pull forward but was rude about next time I had to go inside. She passed me my order but the drink was hot not an iced coffee so I politely gave it back and said I ordered an iced coffee. She reviewed and rudely tells me ok well then I have to go inside then because this will take some time to make. I told her that’s ok thank you, assuming they need to get the coffee prepared. I got inside in less then 30 seconds and it was made already. She didn’t want to just pass it to me through the window and forced me to go inside in the end. I don’t know if it was for petty reasons, but being told it would take time but have it ready in less then 30 seconds just to force me inside seems to be petty.
