They allow Mobil ordering. You have to pick up inside. There’s several signs stating that. The doors are always locked and they just stare at you but don’t open them. You can’t pick up your order. The drive through is always packed and super slow. The service has gone way down at this particular location. We’ve lived here 13 years and it’s just getting awful. We prefer to travel even though this one is right by our house.
OMG I will never eat there again the food was very very nasty and I used the bathroom all night long I will tell everyone I know DON'T GO THERE I was so disappointed .
Somehow this place misses tha fact that 760k+ folks in the USA have died from Covid-19. I pulled through the drivethrough tonight to see the storeworkers wearing masks under their chins, exosing their nose and mouth. And a nother worker had the mask under her nose, but not covering her nose. If the establishment does not want to take Covid-19 seriously, I seriously suggest to dine somewhere else. Also, I gave them my order and when I was handed my order the cashier said 'It is all in the box'. Somehow I was uneasy with the way she said that and was going to look inthe box, then she rudely said, again, "It is all in the box.' And it was not! I had orderderd a Dorrito Taco Supreme, which was not in the box. I suggest that you 1. Find a place that wears masks. 2. Make sure the workers are not rude or high on weed. 3. Check your purchase. And for now, find a different Taco Bell than this one.
They need to get the orders more correct and not just give what ever. And the staff at night should make sure they give everything instead of laughing

Currently no indoor access.. the drive thru line is always wrapped around the parking lot.. I asked for a 10 pc dark meat.. i was notified that it would be a mix of original and extra crispy.It was all original and mixed with white meat.
Did not have what I want
This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area. 8/8 times I’ve gotten food here it’s been wrong or very old. Please don’t waste your time or money and go out of your way to a decent Taco Bell. DO NOT GO HERE
This is the worst Taco Bell you could ever want to even try to get food from. The Burger King next to it can turn 100 times more food then they could. There is always a line wrapped around the building. You have people that just walk up to the Drive Thru window. It is never less than a 15 minute wait for a sandwich in the driver thru.
