The toppings and flavors are wonderful however I think their scales are broken. Sometimes when we get 2 bowls the total comes to around $10 and this is the second time I went and I only got one bowl the total came to $9!!!! $9 for one small serving with minimal toppings!!! It doesn’t add up. Then of course it melts before you can eat all of it.
Horrible experience! First when you walk in all you feel is heat. AC is definitely not working and kinda ironic because this is a frozen yogurt shop. Also a lot of the I cream flavors had no label . The machines were dirty and very runny . Sticky floors and my froyo melted right after I paid . The utensils were dirty . Also all the tables were dirty.
My favorite flavor is tarte and strawberry. The trate flavor was not working and when we approached to ask the cashier she said that it was working but it was processing. I asked how long that usually takes and she said 5 minutes but we are able to close (it was 8:20 pm and the store closes til 9 pm). Overall this employee had very poor customer service and seemed like every question bothered her. To top it off she had her phone playing explicit music with a lobby full of customers and many of them were kids. Additionally, many toppings were out and not replenished. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
Awful costumer service, employees were on their phones, wearing airPods and they were rude and lazy. The line was very dirty and the employees were doing nothing and floor was very dirty, they were picking up the toppings from the counter with their bare fingers and putting them back in the containers. I asked for mango topping no one responded they went to “clean” when they came back brought the mango but no one washed their hands. Really disappointing.

Costumer service is horrible. They will not stop using their phone at all. Texting, and doing social media and can’t even say thank you.
Been here countless times over the years but wow is it filthy anymore. The floor is covered in toppings and melted yogurt. The tables abs seats were so disgusting everyone had to stand or go outside covered in you guessed it melted yogurt and toppings. Not sure what changed but this places needs a thorough cleaning.
Love this location! Always clean, flavors are always changing, and the staff are super kind and professional.
The Sweet Frog on Sudley Mayor drive in Manassas is top notch. Easily one of the best run restaurants that I have ever had the pleasure of entering. This means a lot since I am an Executive Chef by trade.
Owners say no to kids trying flavors. Very dirty and unsanitary. Feel bad for the poor girl working there repping the place- very polite. Men’s toilet broken for months. I wonder why I brought my kids back. Maybe Sweetfrog should mandate the franchise owners put their pictures on the wall in the hope it inspires them to care. If corporate doesn’t know what good looks like, find a Yoghurtology.
