I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and they’ve never failed to disappoint!!! Customer service is always great and portions are huge ❤️
I decided to try this place out for the first time, after i ordered my food i took my plate out of the bag and opened it my fries look like they have been half eatin, the chicken had no seasoning and was very dry the chicken was also uncooked the rice was hard and looked like it have been scrapped of the bottom of the pot the fries were soggy and they only put around 5 pieces of fries into my plate they put someone else’s receipt into my plate the green sauce was gross. I dont recommend this and i am never returning to this restaurant again.
Great staff yummy chicken love the sides I am regular customer high recommend this place for anyone who loves chicken.
Beware of the price!!!!!!! I purchased a half chicken and two side online. My order totaled $8.43. When arrived at the store the cashier charged me over $10! Even though I showed her my receipt she kept saying “different price!” I was so hungry I paid the difference but just be careful! They will cheat you! I got the same order on Sunday and only paid $8.43!!!
The worst service I've ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes for a single $16 rotisserie chicken while everyone in the entire restaurant had their orders filled filled. When I asked about my order status, the lady said she had called my order 3 times, but I was sitting right in front of her, literally looking at he, and she never looked at me and never called out my order number.If they don't want my business am voting my dollars somewhere else.
Got the HALF rack of ribs with the 6oz steak.It's literally 1 SINGLE rib with the smallest, thinnest, driest rib and steak. It has no flavor or seasoning. The other super chicken in Sterling VA is 1000 times better. The line is always out the door too so that must say something. The rice wasn't cooked right, the chicken I got was also really dry. I tried to give the left over rib to my cats and they didn't even want to ear it, and they eat everything.
This place must be under new management. The cashier was very unpleasant and the food was absolutely horrible. I was their at 130 in the afternoon and the chicken was soooo dry and flavorless.No one greeted me when I walked in, saw me at the counter and still said nothing. That should have been a tell-tell sign and I should have walked out.The food here use to be delicious and the service was friendly.Now...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
February 15, 2022 was just in there, seen roaches crawling on wall. Tried to cancel order was unable to, $30 gone down drain. But it’s ok because with roaches on wall, puddle of water on floor, it was worth losing that money!!! Don’t go there!!!!
Tried to order a pick up order on GrubHub, restaurant didn’t pick up the phone, wasted my time trying to make an order and call to see if my food was ready. Bad service with decent food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, AT ALL.
HONEST STAR RATING.... 3.5 :-/ I bumped my stars to 4 since the price was very reasonable.Starting off with the GOOD: The chicken was fantastic. It was well seasoned, moist and served piping hot. The plantains were crispy on the outside sweet and tender inside - Perfect in my opinion.The DISAPPOINTING: The yellow sauce tasted like mayonaise... Not at all what I am used to in a Peruvian chicken restaurant. The green sauce was okay, but missing something. The rice was scorched and inedible. I hope this was just an off-day if was full of dry chicken pieces and hard egg...UGH.OTHER STUFF: The restaurant is dated (I don't care about that) but very clean. There was a revolving door of diners the entire 45 minutes I sat and ate. Clearly, this is a popular place. ALSO, I didn't have any issues with the staff as I saw many complain about in previous reviews.
