I tried the online pickup option earlier this week. My fear was that the quality would not be as good; not as much care would go in to making the sandwich since I was not physically there watching it be made. Quite the opposite! The quality of the sandwich was GREAT! I was in and out in about 30 seconds and my entire lunch break took less than 30 minutes. The sandwich was delicious too! I will be using the online ordering tool much more often! Thanks Subway!
I called in advance to see if they had certain items in stock. When I arrived they told me they didn’t. I won’t go here again.
All I can say was thank goodness the owner of this establishment was here. One of the workers there had such a bad attitude and got angry when I told her that her bracelet was in the sandwiches she was making. I’m sorry but having your bracelet being dragged across the surfaces, then across food is not hygienic! Thankfully the owner offered to remake the sandwiches. However, the girl who had the attitude decided she wanted to be spiteful and decided to start sweeping all the crumbs and trash towards my feet! Like unbelievable! Individuals like this should not be working with the public! I really hope the owner takes action on this matter. Especially since he was very kind. Very unfortunate.
Worst subway experience ever. Th employees are rude and get an attitude when they make a mistake. Will not be going back to this location.

Nice store and people, but my mobile app did not let me order ice tea so I had to switch things around and would have gotten two if it was simpler.

So much better than Jimmy John's. At Subway they want you to be healthy and safe. They don't make fun of hair or car.
~5:15pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 I went in to order 3 footlong subs. 1 meatball and 2 BMT's. Provolone is best on all, especially since the cheddar (or American) looked dried and discolored. All 3 were toasted, no toppings on the meatball, and 1 BMT wanted lettuce, but it was brown. I opted for only jalapenos. With the 2nd BMT, we only added a few toppings, but I noticed the girl kept picking at it after placing each of the toppings. When we got home and unwrapped the BMT, there was a dark, thin strand of hair~ 2" long. She added that extra topping at no charge. My husband warned me about this particular Subway at Wellington!
Gave us stale bread and cold cut combo was only baloney.
