Found this Starbucks is Racist the workers there are judging people by their color. I order couple things thru mobile apps 15 minute before I get there. when I get there the order wasn't ready yet and waited for another 25 minutes. I went to the employee asked for the refund told her I can waited anymore but the employee keep asking me what did I order and go thru the order try to find my name. The coffee is ready for a long time but the sandwich haven't even being made. so I keep asking her for the refund but she went and grabbed the sandwich at the food stand and try to warm it up. while I was waiting a White woman went up to the same employee asking for a refund and the employee does not hesitate and refunded that White woman with the help with other employee. Why did I get treat different or because of my skin color. never will go back to this location.
Usually it’s ok but recently it’s been really bad. Earlier this week a bunch of people had mobile orders and it took over 30 minutes to get those orders to people. Today I order online I went and waited for about 10 minutes until the lady said that we don’t do mobile orders anymore. One that’s frustrating for people who can’t get there and wait as long and have other things to do. And two there was no sign online telling me that they didn’t know mobile orders anymore. So I called the place where my order was transferred and the lady told me that since I went to the wrong place but still payed they have to make me my food. They did not. I just ordered one of my things and left because I wasn’t able to wait any longer. It needs better staff and costumer management.
Placed a mobile order 40 minutes ago and still waiting. I’m late for an important commitment but it’s hard to cut my losses after waiting over half an hour. It’s Sunday, they should be properly staffed. This store is typically slow but this is unacceptably slow.Update- 50 minutes and still waiting for half my order. I’ve missed 50 minutes with my family who’s only in town for the weekend because I thought I could order ahead and grab a quick coffee. This poor barista needs help. It’s Sunday, management should be here. 3 stars because the barista did well when she finally got to us.

This Starbucks is usually such a great place to go to, today on the other hand wasn’t so great.I ordered a iced royal English breakfast tea latte and one of the staff told me it wasn’t a latte..they didn’t follow any of what I wanted (which was just sugar). I understand their busy and new staff members but it still kinda was a waste of money.

Service was slow and my wife's drink wasn't even close to how she ordered it.
I was going to order a coffee, but the app said they were out of what I wanted. My husband wanted a sandwich so I went to puck that up and notice there were not any signs of them being out of anything. I asked if they were out of what I wanted the lady said no. I ordered what I wanted and told them the app said they were out of a it and a lot of things. They cashier looked to another women and that women said we don't control the app in a defensive manner. I was just pointing it out because I wouldn't have gone if my husband didn't order a sandwich. If I was the Manger I would be concerned that I am missing out on business because the app isn't showing items correctly
I agree this Starbucks is a hit or miss in general. There are times that you have to wait a while for a drink, and sometimes your order will not be just right with a few mistakes of ingredients. However, most days the speed is fine and the drinks come out right. Another thing to consider is that this store is in an accessible location and they get a lot of online orders, something I like to do myself and is really convenient. Generally it is worth it to use this location if you have to have you favorite Starbucks drink.
Best location in Prince William County. Drinks have always been consistently well made.
