I ordered 2 large white chocolate mocha drinks. When I went in to pick them up, they were not ready. I had to go back out to the car to get the receipt. Then after they made the drinks, and I tasted them, I became so mad. There was NO espresso in them at all. I paid over $13 for just flavored milk. What a freaking rip off. Never again. This Starbucks sucks real bad.

The Java Chip Frappuccino I ordered but it wasn't on the menu. The individual behind the counter, (he wore a mask) and was very nice, didn't know if they still made it until he asked a manager. They do.It wasn't as good as I remembered, definitely not as icy cold and not very tasty.

Incredible service and refresher made on point. My favorite to go drink at Starbucks is the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher.Sweetness: 10/10I like to add a bottle of water to it after I finish the drink for flavored water throughout the day. Thank you to Juan Paul at the drive through. He was extremely helpful and gave great service.

They need to relocate this drive thru so there's enough space for a line. They are incredibly slow and the drinks aren't that great. I like the one by the hospital way better.

I went to this location on the evening of 01/08/22 and ordered an apple crisp macchiato. When I got my drink I didn’t think it tasted right and just thought the barista didn’t know how to make it correctly. Later that evening when I got home, I began to feel extremely ill but didn’t think much of it. Fast forward to this morning, 01/09/22 I went back to this location and ordered the same drink. I was informed by the person taking my order that they could no longer make the drink, so I told them someone at this location had just made me the drink last night. She then proceeded to tell me, that the ingredients were actually expired and I should not have been served that drink last night. That would explain why I started to feel ill the night before. I feel very uncomfortable knowing the staff do not check the expiration dates on the products before serving them to people. This makes me question the integrity of this location which is a shame because this is typically the location I usually go to.

We were on our way home on Christmas Eve. We were their last customers. I felt bad knowing they should be heading home. But you would never had known that was what they were thinking. The gentleman who helped me very friendly, full of the holiday spirit. Our drinks were scrumptious. That made the last hour of our drive much more bearable...we were singing carols all the way. Thank you, Starbucks Elves ??

Clean, convenient and the indoors is open 24hours with exceptional nights.

I asked my Father to swing by the drive thru this morning. with an order for for me written down. He isn't a coffee drinker so I was sure to be descriptive on my order. The staff made my order perfectly, he pulled up to pay. Then he asked if they had hot chocolate, so they had him pull up, and they brought his cocoa out to him. He came in beaming 'they are so polite and accommodating there, I really like it' 10/10 customer service, thank you for being kind and accommodating. You all really made my Father's day.

Best Starbucks I've been to. Fast and not too crowded. Coffee was excellent!

Getting worse and worse. Staff is rude, slow, and unfriendly. They used to be wonderful. So very disappointed by management. They had me waiting 20min for a sandwich they didnt have and refused to acknowledge me or apologize. Terriblr customer service. I feel sorry for the few that try hard and are friedndly. We are all in customer service and there was no intent of diffusing the situation just a nasty attitude.
