Normally I dread coming to this location. The last few times I’ve experienced less-than customer service and drinks. I went in today and was met by Josué. He Substituted my drink or something else without charging me more because what I originally wanted wasn’t ready yet. He was SO accommodating and personable. I asked if he was the supervisor and in fact he IS the new sup and is here to stay for awhile. Thanks to Josué alone I’ll keep coming back.

Delicious Nitro cold bread! Almost gone
I ordered latte no sugar (no sweet at all ) but when I came home take my first sips the latte was so sweet . What is the point of me tell the employees to not put any sweet in my latte . I don’t want my money but ,next time please pay attention to the order .
The coffee better be good for a 20 minute drive thru wait time.
Fairly quick drive thru for Starbucks, but they were out of several lactose free options
It’s 1:15pm Sunday 10/31 ; I asked for two separate transactions which was disregarded, when I come to the window I restate my request Barista tells me next time ask for that when ordering, okay ma’am I did. Then I reminded her I ordered a pupachino she looks at me and says “yeah I know I only have two hands” I don’t come to Starbucks to handle a 20 year olds mood swings & attitude. Employee needs coaching and to drink more complimentary coffee Starbucks gives to employees.
The quickest in person service I have experienced at Starbucks. Even quicker than the drive through on a Sunday Afternoon.
