I was there when the incident happened. I think marilia is taking the situation out of proportion. I’ve been coming to this location for maybe a year or year and a half and the girl that was ringing up is always nice. Maybe it was just karma that happened. Who knows. But the way this lady described the situation is off, maybe it’s good they lost her service. Too bad I can’t @ the lady because I would!
Unless you want a Barista, Helder, to yell at you extremely passive aggressively the second you walk in “HELLOOOOO WELCOME IIIINNNNNNNN!!!!!” Then I suggest not coming here. Only if you take your coffee with a HEAVY dose of insincerity and pettiness the moment you you walk through the door should you come here. I saw him be very aggressive to a female barista working along side him, he was frantic and clearly didn’t care for her as he bumped her multiple times. Then as he was slamming cups on the counter next to her, EXTREMELY aggressively, she said that what he was doing was unnecessary and asked him to stop. To which he yelled at her “SERIOUSLY?!?!” And then the barista he was being so rude to began to cry and neither him, nor her other coworker checked on her and just ignored her as she cried and tried to continue to work. No one should have to be treated like that at work, it’s such a shame. It’s a horrible look on the company that they would EVER allow someone who is so rude and outwardly aggressive to his fellow employees to work for the company. I could not believe what I was witnessing and it baffles me he is still employed there! Does management just really not care about the health and well being of their employees? Clearly not. I’m never returning to this location because I’m not trying to witness a grown man being given a free pass to be openly aggressive and abusive towards one of his female coworkers. Enough is enough starbucks.
I forgot to leave my review. This was from January. I called early in the morning and asked if I could put in an order for around 7pm. It was a very large order and I didn't want to just walk in and spring it on them. They told me that I couldn't order ahead which is fine no big deal.I arrive around 6pm to put in the order. I informed them that I wasn't in a hurry and to please help the 2 people behind me first and anyone else that happens to walk in.A coworker's friend comes to visit her at work and the two coworkers and the friend huddle around the cashier counter while I'm loading my car and make snide and rude comments about me the whole time. I did everythung I could to be a reasonable customer. I won't be back to this one. This is the second time I've caught unnecessary attitude at this location.
My order was placed, prepared and given to me in a good time. My visit was around 2pm and not very busy but the place was staffed well. The store was clean, all staff were wearing masks. If this store were closer to me I'd be happy to visit again

Had a mobile order and waited for over 27 minutes to get it. Everyone that ordered instore got theirs and left. Had to ask for my order and was told they were working on other orders that mine would be out soon. Worst drink I had in a while. They rushed to make it and wasn't even right.
