I had a HORRIBLE experience with the manager here. His name is Tim, I believe. I’ve witnessed him firsthand being disrespectful and rude with the other workers while I was trying to place an order. I feel awful that the people that he manages have to deal with his rude behavior. Upper management needs to step in and reprimand in this matter because nobody deserves to have to deal with that. It makes me uncomfortable to go into the establishment. I had an amazing experience with the rest of the staff there. They were friendly and helped me choose the best drink based on my food allergies and my smoothie came out delicious!
I gave them a 4 because of a few errors with my order. Overall ok.
My smoothies had plastic in them and I called to complain and all they said you want another smoothie..never going here again
I ordered two peanut power plus chocolate and I had it remade because it tasted icy and watered down compared to the other one. Even when they remade it there wasn’t much change just less ice and more water, no peanut flavor that highlights this smoothie. I didn’t return it because I didn’t believe that they’d be happy to take it again.

I went to buy a smoothie today and requested strawberry and kiwi. I was expecting to see a reddish and greenish color but what I got looked like plain vanilla flavor. The person said that that was strawberry and kiwi flavor and didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to change it.
It's sooo good and the employees are so nice
This place is awesome. The smoothies always taste very fresh and good. But on top of everything, the staffs are A+. They are so kind, attentive, considerate and always pay attention to your special instructions. There is enough parking outside. Definitely a great choice
