I normally enjoy Red Robin, but today I stopped in at the Manassas restaurant and ordered "Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips" and it was awful. It says it comes on a bed of Yukon Chips, which I thought would be steak fries like you get with the Fish and Chips, but no, they're potato chips. They drizzled some cheese and some BBQ sauce on it, but it had so little brisket on it that I don't think it even amounted to two tablespoons.I'm not saying don't go to Red Robin, but if you order Smothered BBQ Brisket Chips, you will most certainly be disappointed.
It was okay. I'm normally pretty satisfied with the food and service here, but I saw our waitress one time to get our orders and then never saw her again. Pretty disappointed this time
Thank You Red Robin.The Delivery was quick but there was a mistake on the one meal. However the manager at Red Robin not only replaced the messed up meal he also replaced the second meal to ensure we both were able to eat a warm meal together.I really appreciate a business that quickly fixes the mistake and even goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great visit.Great Food and Great Service.
This Red Robin is awful! They are constantly messing up orders which for as much as they charge for burgers is ridiculous. Today I order a bacon burger and it was raw in the middle...which in my condition is dangerous to consume! We are done with this location.
Always one of my favorite places. When I lived in Manassas 5 years ago I went there often and knew most of the staff. But changed now.
Covid is affecting their food availability. Besides that, the staff I met was polite and attentive. Burgers are good and endless fries/broccoli yum.
I have had the worst restaurant experiences at Red Robin. I feel I was cursed there. But this Red Robin was finally exceptional and would definitely go back again. Our waitress was awesome
This is Red Robin is the best location I have ever been to. It is 5 stars every time I come. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make the experience worthwhile. They have awesome beers on tap and many drinks to choose from. Red Robins signature burgers are always on point (look at the pic!!) and the staff makes sure of it. I am a regular here and the GM of the restaurant will come say hi and ask how everything is going when he sees me. Kudos to Red Robins in Bristow keep up the good vibes!!
The food was good as usual.Our server was attentive but seemed annoyed by every request we made. Although nothing was really wrong with our visit ,it left us feeling unwelcome. We won't take this to heart though since we have been here many times and have never left feeling this way. I think that our server was just having an off day. Maybe next time will be better..
Used the online order system which was easy to use; order was ready before the time the system had reported; inside pickup staff was very friendly and helpful as they reviewed the order before handing it to me; I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Food was great and order was accurate.
