I wish I could give no stars. Just visited your restroom and asked to sit in the bar. Was told there was a wait for a seat in the bar by the hostess and when she seated us in the regular dining area, I noticed there were many open tables in the bar. Also, the table we were seated at in the dining room was dirty. After that, we walked out and went elsewhere to eat for the night.Bad customer service and atmosphere tonight. Will not be going back to your restaurant.
I used to like their burgers, but they've got so small I need 2. Forget that. I used to order their Donato's pizza every week, but now they only carry it in 10 inch size. So I ordered 3 10 inch pizza and a chicken sandwich with mozzarella sticks. They told our door dash delivery driver that they weren't making pizzas today and sent him to my house with only a third of my order. I'll never give them money again, not like they have anything on there menu worth buying any more.
Always a good experience at this Red Robin. I love getting the lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. Service is good and the bathroom is usually clean
The food was great. Service by our server was good. It took a little longer than expected to get the food after ordering, or I would have given it a five. Five. It was a Monday so maybe that has something to do with it as far as staffing goes
The food here is always pretty tasty. I was looking for the wedge salad (I know, not burgers or fries, but it was good many times in the past) but settled for a side salad. What i did end up ordering, some kind of fondue burger, sub chicken, was really good as well. Felicia was an awesome server, and whenever I go back, I'm definitely asking for her!
Can't say that I will be back to this particular location. We came for lunch during off peak hours. Part of our app was never delivered and went unnoticed until we added to have it removed from the bill We had to ask for refills even though our empty glasses were in full sight. The plastic cups our drinks were served in had seen better days for sure; no way to tell if they were truly clean or not. We sat at the bar and the bar tender seemed very preoccupied with the Service bar and less concerned about live customers sitting right in front of them. The food came out hot and was tasty though, but the service was less than expected; very unfortunate
Food came out cold. Service was extremely slow. Worst part was the raw burgers
My wife and I had chicken salad. Lettuce was nasty. Not fresh at all. Had to be 3 days old.
There were not a lot of folks there on the weekday lunch timeframe when I visited, but I don't know why. Our server was wonderful, and my burger and garlic fries were outstanding! Food arrived quickly. I also like a LOT of ketchup, so was glad to have my own bottle at the table, and the seasoning on the table was very good too. Pricing is reasonable for portion size.
Good food and very clean. Server/bartender was very nice and on top of refills!
