DO NOT EAT HERE! The service is horrible, waitresses walked by our table and never stopped to ask for our orders. When I finally asked for assistance they had the worst attitudes and literally told me I wasn’t anyone important for them to acknowledge and I had to wait and If I couldn’t I was more than welcome to leave. So I will never come back again. STAY AWAY this place doesn’t deserve your money
Wait time is extremely long to get some pupusas , I was on the table for 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and the waiter that had the table assigned did not even acknowledge . After 30 minutes I had to go and tell them that no body was helping us .. by the way the waiter was super unprofessional with the customer , she was just talking and joking around I stead of taking the orders .. needs to improve a lot on the service .

I made a order by phone and they said 20 to 25 minutes, and was there another 40 minutes more, the food was to salty... they need more employees and less salt.
So far so good.. the food sometimes is cold but some dishes are very good.. it is my second time ordering fried yuca and it is dry cold and hard.. what a shame..
Good but not amazing. I'm Hispanic, specifically Salvadorian, which Doña Azucena advertises itself as. Some food was great. The carne asada for example... But the one thing I've had there multiple times that I think could be done better are the Pupusas. Their staple food. Not sure if it's the masa harina they are using or the cheese, but they just aren't that great. Not sure what it is. I even got one once that looked like it was undercooked.Still enjoy eating there every so often when it's not busy.
The service there was bad the forks and knives were on top of the food I had to talk, ,I ordered dine in but when I got there the food was for take out. not recommended
The guy teller is not friendly person need change for diferent people.
