Muslims beware! This location does NOT serve halal meat anymore as of 2 months ago, according to the employee I spoke to. Although I'm disappointed I can't dine here anymore, that's not the reason for the low rating. I have been here 5 or 6 times and I have been solicited by someone asking for money or to buy them food every single time. The staff don't seem to pay any mind to it at all, but it makes me extremely uncomfortable. I recommend trying another location elsewhere.
So they give me nuggets instead of tenders, and always forget the fries.
I got multiple sandwiches and they gave me 1 ranch. told me ranch was extra. You used to get at least 1 ranch per item bought. Seems unreasonable as that price for a single ranch will just go up.
So I just had the worst and most UNPLEASANT experience I have ever had in my life, today I witnessed how the manager Marlene yelled and really mistreated couple of her employees, it was disrespecting the fact that she didn't care about us customers waiting to be served, she yelled and shouted her lungs out in Spanish for a while, I don't understand how can anybody treat in such a wrong way to a human being. Kudos to the young lady that had to endure such an abuse, because I would've replied hard on her. If you want to be mistreated by that obnoxious manager then this is your place to eat. Also I'm filing a complaint to the corporate because this is not the first time she does this, someone has to stop that lady.
Fresh, fast, and didn't skimp on the fries with the standard box meal. Tables were clean and they cleaned between customers.
Rude, obnoxious, nasty attitude night manager on 01-22-22, didn't want to honor leaving the cole slaw out of my previous visit. Though I did as they said and brought my previous receipt. Last time I willgive them my business. This isreference to the one on Centerville/28.

If I can give a negative I would. I did a mobile app for the first time and they defaulted my nugget size to barbecue I go in a store my orders getting prepared the manager gives me my food and I ask her for sauce she holds up the sign and states it’s $.25 I said with 12 piece nugget she goes oh I gave you to sit on here barbecue I explain that I did not ask for that she proceeded to take the two sources and then give me the two that I need it she was very rude and unprofessional I don’t need to spend my money there and I will not. I’ve tried to support the food service industry because of Covid but I won’t be doing that store
I just had a bad experiance in this location we had a mistake in our order and when we talked to the manager she respond with a bad attitude.We also ask for ranch and when we got home we realize the was none on the bag. I will stop coming to this location for now
